EMPLOYEES ARE WORKING IN FOREIGN COUNTRIES & NIGERIA STEALING PEOPLES ACCOUNTS ( MONEY , BITCOINS , ETH , SAFEMOON ) I PROMISE TO YOU THESE COMMENTS “ARE REAL” . ONCE YOU SET UP AN ACCOUNT, DEPOSIT MONEY EITHER THEY WILL AUTOMATICALLY LOG YOU OUT & YOULL NEVER GET IN OR WHEN YOU TRY TO TRANSFER THEY STEAL IT . ON THE BACK END THEIR WORKERS ARE STEALING . Garbage Garbage Garbage. They "completed" the transaction over 24 hours ago and still no crypto. Only automatic replies from their support (which are zero help).

- No customer services
Terrible company, terrible experience, loss of earnings with no compensation.
Disgusting to operate within Financial Services with all the above. Moonpay should not be able to operate as a company if they cannot facilitate their only role.

Ordered crypto at 9:55 am and it is 7:24 pm and still no luck. Would never do it again as they just lock up your money with no phone number or answer to emails.

Scammers and thieves, praying upon elderly citizens who foolishly trust what they are being told is a way to protect them from fraudulent purchases and then there is no recourse for the victim or responsibility taken by Moonpay.

I have do 2 transaction . First transaction take 3 hours an i lost 100 Euros (because I order 8 Elrond when was 89euros and transaction finish after 3 hours when is 100 e They send me 7 Elrond when I was order 8 .And second transaction is not finis yetI have done at 2pm and is 8:30 pm. Big fee 4%

they charged me 500 eur, and now they said my bank have them, but the bank said they do. Now they dont want to give back the money, they always said the very same response, they wash their hands, DO NOT TRUST THEM; THEY TAKE YOUR MONEY AWAY
