I made a purchase of BTC via the moonpay app and it went into my moonpay wallet. All good. 5 days later I check in to see how my little investment is doing and find my wallet is totally empty with a balance of $0.00Help desk were useless and told me that I had moved my BTC to another wallet which I had not done and wouldn’t know how to even if I wanted to do that. That was where their “help” ended. Was given the same explanation over and over, I had moved it and they can’t help further.
So that’s it, my BTC/funds have gone and they take ZERO responsibility for it. I’ll be taking further action via my Bank and VISA, see how I go.

The site unfortunately has a lot of technical errors and when you ask support, you get a lot of different solutions from the agents. It is not possible to send and / or sell crypto everything is argued with technical errors. Biggest mistake to have bought there, have risen to the crypto hype without providing service. Pure greed

I tried cashing out $4k of BTC with Moonpay. The process was taking forever so I finally canceled and requested a refund. That was 3 days ago and still nothing. So, Moonpay STOLE $4k from me that I really need! DO NOT USE. Thieves.

I transferred 3500 USDT to my bank account in Romania (EU) and have been waiting for over 2 days without receiving the funds. After contacting support team, I received no assistance or resolution, except for a recommendation to cancel the transfer. Although I complied with their advice and canceled the transaction, but I did not receive any notification regarding the change in the transfer status.Furthermore, after one more day, when I reached out to the support chat, I discovered that my ID was unsatisfactory to them. It is important to note that providing an ID was not mandatory, and they never requested it in the first place. I added the ID voluntarily, and now they are using it as a pretext to delay the transaction further.
This situation gives the impression of fraudulent activity, deliberately prolonging the transfer and payout process. I am left uncertain about whether any payments will be made at all, as I have been unable to verify this service in good way.

MoonPay almost made me loose all I have ever saved up for investment, I never knew how deep I had gotten until I was blocked from withdrawing. I just got very lucky to have met the right authorities via help@ assetsadvice . o rg who walked me through getting back my money.

I myself have been scammed through moonpay...t19th jan 2023 there is no phone to contact them its done through bots the payment is still pending out of my bank I told them that iv been scammed and its fraud and my bank had been in touch .........the reply I got back was basically tough we don't refund .......there should be away that I can get my money back response was go to your bank and ring the police

I've got scammed by crypto currency scammers and they used this company. I went to my bank who suggested to go to the company and try refund. I tried to get through to them and it 4 times to get through. Only to told that they don't refund even if you was scammed. Upon further research, themselves are scammers.

MoonPay is a front for NFT scams. Search Google for Yuga Labs and MoonPay. They are getting sued for scamming people using celebrity endorsements. I mean, Gwenith Paltrow endorsed MoonPay, that should be a clear indicator.

These guys are hopeless on account / income verification...Put through more than enough info and their automated system rejects it over n over again...
They also have no one you can actually contact in regards to the verification...
All good I'll take my money elsewhere and trade through other avenues....

Ladies and gentlemen this is truthfully. Moonpay as scam me over £600 they putting blame on scammers it’s big lie. I never trust these robbing companies again I have save up for awhile for that amount then these companies scam me. These companies know how scam people and getting away of it.

My purchase of XLM within Lobstr via MoonPay is still pending and stuck at the Processing stage from 5 May 8.42pm. Have email MoonpPay 4 times. No communication whatsoever. They have taken my £200+£7.99 fee from my bank. Also asked Lobstr for assistance from within portal. Not a reply from any one. So, the plan is to compile a list of user who have order via MoonPay and never got their XLM, etc and go to them as a group. Customer service is total crap and now into stealing from customers in guise of pending transactions and hoping customers will let their hard-earned monies go. Such a scam...I am not done with MoonPay...you are heading for a PR scandal.
