Horrible communication!!!!!I initiated a an order, followed all the right steps and $70 USD were taken out of my Visa debit card.
This order was EXPIRED so I attempted a second time and the order was also EXPIRED. I' ve emailed them multiply times and no responds, neither have i received my refund. Please avoid wasting your time with this company !!!!!
Any ideas of another way to try and get my money back?

I placed an order over 2 hours ago and still nothing so I decided to check the reviews and it's look like I won't get my coins because after 2 emails stillNo replies !! Really ? Do not shop

Was a bit confused at the beginning as the money was taken from my card immediately after i placed the order but didnt receive the bitcoin. After contacting their support (which was surprisingly fast) they explained the charge i saw was not an actual charge but just an authorization check. The payment went through and I received my bitcoins just fine.

Getting close to calling the fraud department of my bank as Coin(deadbeat)mama has yet to return my money on a cancelled transaction from 1 week ago and they have also not responded to my messages. The verification process for the use of my debit card was not even completed and yet they ran an authorization on my card anyway and still not returned to me. Avoid!

So I bought bitcoins over at coinmama for over $400 last night, the whole transaction went well and I filled in my card details and it said 'In Process' so I thought I'll get my coins soon they say it's instant most of the times. I had to wait 10-14 hours and then it said 'Failed' got an email from them saying payment could not go through an I haven't got a refund from them either. I will update on this if I ever get my money back.

John Doe: Hi there,Regarding the delay – indeed we experienced delays yesterday (18.4.16) due to delays on the Blockchain network which resulted in transactions stuck in limbo for hours (for most orders it wasn’t 10 hours though it was much less, around 2-4 hours). This is a rare situation but it happens due to the nature of the technology.
Regarding our response time – from what i see we responded to all emails within a few hours and even less. Please send us an email to [email protected] with a reference to this thread so i can locate your account, look into what you are saying and handle it accordingly (by the way, officially, we respond within 24 hours as mentioned in the automated mail you received after opening a ticket but in practice we do much much faster).
Please shoot us an email so i can issue you a discount code as a compensation for this delay.

Avoid! No support and coins are not showing after 10 hours. They said the coins are sent just right after payment being verified which is totally false.
