Their customer service? NO SERVICE! Total garbage, I'm tellin' ya. They don't know a damn thing 'bout bein' professional or helpin' customers.Like, seriously, it's a mess! 90% of the time, their dumb platform's crashin' or actin' up. Can't even trade properly, man. It's so frustratin'!Plus, these BuyUCoin guys don't give a crap 'bout privacy. They straight up misuse your data, like it's a joke. They can't be trusted, man. Sketchy as hell.

They are fraud, you can't take your money out of you invest here. I could even withdrawal my crypto from them. And I couldn't get the money back when I sold my stuff. It has been a month now, I have complained everywhere but they are callous infact fraud

can NOT withdraw money, no way to contact them. poor service. Lot of money stuck in their wallet.Even trading it bad, when everywhere dogecoin was trading at 0.42, on buyucoin it was .32-0.34.

Crypto withdrawal doesn’t work for days
I lost nearly one lakh because I couldn’t transfer crypto external wallet so i had to sell it. Total rip off.
Their customer service is verrry poor.
Their phone never answered.
Finally their email support never respond.

Worst customer support. I have deposited amount but it is still not credited in to buyucoin wallet.I have raised complaint tickets 2 days ago. No one has contacted me yet.
Their website chat support shows typically replies within 30 mins. But no reply from them till now.
Their contact number is also not in use.
Their customer support is simply 0.

Very expensive. I spent ₹4000 on btc and buyucoin pocketed ₹500. They also have expensive withdrawal charges. Ignore the 5 star reviews. They are written by BuyUCoin themselves.
