Do not trade your gift cards on this site. There a lot of rippers out there. I got scammed several times while trading gift cards on the website. Paxful is not helping the situation either. They require proof that you may not be able to get which give the gift card buyers more confidence to scam sellers.

The service is real SCAM. We froze an account with my funds (more than 1 btc), the support does not provide a reason. It has been going on for more than a year, always the excuse "wait", but nothing happens and nothing is asked to provide for defrosting. I found contacts of almost all the workers of the highest Lanka as well as the creators of Paxful (Artur Schaback and Ray Youssef), but even contacting them was unanswered. They don't even reply to my messages. There are a lot of requests from users about unreasonable freezing on the Internet. They just use your funds without your permission. SCAM DO NOT RECOMMENDI provide contacts and names of people (I could find), they all work at Paxful in senior positions and use your blocked funds: Artur Schaback, Ray Youssef, Tom Gerrity, Rich Lorenzo, Lana Schwartzman, Briana Lynch. Their contacts are publicly available on the Internet

I was robbed on Paxful, even though I followed the instructions in the transaction window. Paxful support says they can't do anything to help me, that they are not responsible for fraudulent transactions. All they do is block the thief's account.

Disregard my earlier review. This platform is really bad. Full of scams. This is the worst exchange platform and has a very awful customer service. I sent them complaints about a scam and never considered replying on my messages. Keep away. Not trustworthy at all.

This site is scam, avoid it if you want safe P2P trading. I've sold BTC and buyer opened case right after he sent it. After that I opened dispute but moderators awarded him and PayPal refunded his money. After that moderator marked trade as chargeback confirmed and been ignoring me for so log!! Please avoid this site and keep your BTC safe!!

If you could predict the future, would you want to predict the big lottery? what would the Paxful staff say?When the gift card seller sent the Target gift card to EASN at 2021-03-21 01:32:00, and the balance of the gift card was $61.11, EASN quickly took the screenshot and gave it back to him.
The card generated a total of three purchases：
-15.14 2021-03-21 01:28:01 storenum:3991
-61.11 2021-03-21 01:34:01 storenum:3991
-38.75 2021-03-21 01:28:01 storenum:3991
It is clear that all three trades occurred at #3991, with 15.14 and 38.75 occurring before the card is sent.
But Paxful awarded BTC to the gift card seller!And banned EASN's account.His reason is that EASN used this card. How does EASN predict the future? Used the card before the seller sent it?
You never know what Paxful employees will create. Half a month ago, they told me that an unusable gift card had been used by me and banned my account.why???????????!!!!!!!

Paxful has been a nightmare for me I have had my money tied up two months I have emailed hundreds of times with nothing but automated responses all I want is to get a one time link to withdraw my bitcoins from site and never be back it tells me I have to verify when I try to remove my coins but I am unable to verify I give up trying already tried hundreds of times the stupid system rejects so I just want my money and be done with this place someone please help me out of my misery worst customer service in history

YEA, PAXFUL BULLSHIT, TRUSTWORTHY MY FOOT.I TRADED WITH 2 SELLERS AND PAID MY HARD EARNED EUROS AND GOT NOTHING.
AND AFTER I'VE COMPLAINED AND DISPUTED ABOUT IT, PAXFUL BANNED ME WITH THE STUPID EXCUSE I WASN'T PASSING MY COMPLIANCE REVIEW.
BUT THEY TOOK MY MONEY, AND I CAN'T EVEN CONTACT THE SELLER AT ALL.
I CAN SEE THAT THEY ARE WRITING TO ME, BECAUSE I GET THE EMAILS THAT THEY LEFT MESSAGES ON THE SYSTEM, BUT PAXFUL GIVE ME ALWAYS THE SAME SHIT EXCUSE.
WHERE THE FUCK IS THIS ACCORDING TO LAW THAT YOU CAN BAN ME COMPLETELY SO THAT I CAN'T EVEN CONTACT THE SELLERS.
