been using their services for about 2 years nowi'm not the easiest customer to work with i had to contact their support more than 15 times and every single time they were patient and very helpful
they are the best between the providers i have tried so far

i am with cinfu vps server from last 4 years and fully satisfied with them. i tried their different vps just got some problem on my france vps server but after migrating to a new location everything working finesupport team is also responcive from 1 hour to 4hours
i recomend if you want a Quality VPS in cheap Price

I have been with these guys for 5 years and they rock. You get a good price because you have to configure your own server. So if you don't know what your doing or you don't plan on learning don't bother. That said the servers are stable and the customer service is fast... and now that I have been with them for awhile they sometimes tip me on a technical matter. They are always spot on more than my outsourced system administrator.

The service is as pathetic as it can be. The responses from the staff are kid-leveld knowledge answers. I was having problems with transaction, but, still, to this moment, I cannot understand what were the problems. They were just repeating their Terms of Service statements which were 0 informative and clear. I was participating in verbal war with them for like half a day and they answered like 2 times. Customer service is the worst thing they have. It is like a web hosting from year 1700 where there were no web hosting companies available.Pathetic. I would give it 0 stars out of 5.

It was a poor experience. Their customer service is extremely fast. Fastest I've seen. Every ticket within 15 minutes. It's just not helpful. Severl times the "subnet" I was on was experiencing DDoS attacks. I chose the france server due to having "protection" including in the package. one week it happened several times where the packet latency on my server went upwards of 90% PL. After hours of them not doing anything I would put in a ticket. After the ticket they did something. Then after half hour of receiving a ticket reply with a local ping saying look its ok, the network slowly started to return to normal.This of course was a concern. They told me to move to their US or another countries server if it was too much. (these ones didn't offer DDoS protection) Their next answer was to tell me how to go about cancelling the service.
I can't recommend to anyone.

I have a small vserver in europe with cinfu for over a year now.The Server is not the cheapest, there are surely cheaper providers,
but it is rock solid so far, can't remember any down time and you can
choose from multiple locations (I think fr, nl, de, us)
Also good is the relative big diskspace (mine has 40GB) and unlimited traffic,
I also use it for backups :)
