Sadly couldnt give negative rating (lest it needs to be minimum 1). Worst crypto Exchange.
No support system to tackle emergencies.... only limited to India (what you do when you are travelling to any other countr) Too often their deposits is disable....too often they block your account of withdrawals for no apparent reason. And once the withdrawals are blocked it is pain to get it started again.....if in need of emergency funds by selling your crypto, they are never an option. Daily limit set to 50k, that too when accessed 2 days continuously they will suspend withdrawals....then you need to go on and on with the pain to contact customer support everytime, which they will not reply before end of 48 hours.....there are far more better exchanges in India which has got the best services.....use them.....NEVER NEVER OPT FOR COINSWITCH KUBER....WORST EXCHANGE EVER

I have used their service for a couple of years and had good results. These were smaller transactions. Once I tried a large transaction with bitcoin the etherium I ordered never was received. The address it was sent to was different than the one i used. i submitted a ticked and received only a generated response letter. After a few days my ticket was cancelled and no customer support was given with any explanation as to why my inquery was denied. It has been over a week and still haven't recieved any coin. the loss was significant. I have to agree with other reviews, once you start using larger sums of crypto they misdirect them and go awol. This is a terribly deceptive exchange and should be avoided. I will make an effort to notify various groups of their corrupt activities. please go to another exchange.

They have scammed me. I had to wait 16 hours to get 15500 DOGE and I only get 3600. Now I am not even in profit but -$135. They kicked me from telegram group, Admins didn't aswer to PM and support ticket.

$200 isn't the end of the world but these scum took my crypto in for an exchange and never gave the crypto I was asking for. Support is non existant its been a week and no reply. Letting everybody know these dirt bags will steal your money.

They get this review because they have ZERO customer support and likely a scam. My transaction was delayed and I submitted a support ticket over a week ago. They haven't responded to any follow ups about my transaction. I lost over $10,000 in a simple transaction. Of course I used them for smaller transactions to start and once I do a large exchange BOOM money is gone and they are MIA Highly recommend using another exchange because Coinswitch is nothing more than another Crypto scam.

i wish i could give coinswitch a -1 startried to trade an altcoin on coinswitch. The altcoin was sent and I never got my end of the trade. tried to talk to them they asked me for my order id which i supplied. Never heard from them again. Be extremely careful of this company. You can lose your money/altcoin and they won't help.

I gave coinswitch a 2-Star review, because there fees are absolutely rediculous. I have been averaging over $100.00 dollar lose per switch. And it didn't matter what coin you trade it's still well over $100.00 loss. So untill they fix it they will continue to loose customers. I recommend transfering your crypto to kucoin, before using coinswitch. That's my honest opinion.

quality and effectivefix the ethereum gas for god sakes.. every time it runs out and then another transaction comes through an hour or so later to correct it. why does the first transfer to ethereum wallets get rebounded.
although this is annoying as it takes time; all crypto was exchanged at same rate.
I received exact same value of eth as guaranteed whilst I suspect the increased gas comes from them so I can't be too annoyed.
