Paid with bitcoins and was contacted by their legal department because I don't have a phone. They didn't care that I am mute and don't use one. Refused a refund due to not having a phone.Have since removed all of my personal details from this scam site and deleted my account.
Avoid this company.

Coinshost provides hosting of a very reasonable quality. The only downside I could think of is a mandatory yearly contract for a vps.
