If I could give minus 5 stars I would. Total scummers. They lose your money, block your credit cards and fuck you about with demands for information that they already have. Total assholes. Avoid.

Let me get the facts straight - cex io is not a scam. They mess up payments, are sometimes slow in responding and even more so in resolving issues - but you do get your money in the end. I waited a month to get my USD withdrawal, which was cancelled in the end. The support team suggested me to withdraw in Euros instead (try their facebook page for instant communication). I got my money in 3 days. So just be patient, follow up closely with them and dont despair :)

Total pricks, all is good if your low money investing and never want any help, but try putting larger amounts in and you will find out just how much of a bunch of asshats these people are. Unless your desperate dont use them

This company is either hopeless or a scam, they have said they have refunded my deposit, which is a lie that keeps me waiting for 20 business days, and then when nothing arrives and I complain they say they are very busy and are working on it, and now they ask me to complete all of the forms I completed last year to open a corporate account - they give crypto investing a bad name This is not a withdrawal it is a refund of USD5,000 I paid in, which they acknowledged receipt of in 3 days, they told me in January that they had refunded it and now.. more delays and excuses... next step lawyer

This is actually terrible reading when you look at the accounts pdf. It says the companies assets are located in a war zone. Director is making every effort to retrieve and so on. I think people are about to loose money. shady asf

Bitcoin Confirmed By Blockchain But On Hold By CEX IOI deposit 2 bitcoins into CEX IO (address 3FjstJuHpz9DojCzSidouzHwNpnybxXcsS) on 17-Jan-2018. It had been confirmed on blockchain with more than 3000 confirmations. Today is 9-Feb-2018. The deposit is still pending.
As indicate in CEX IO limits and commissions table, deposit of BTC is unlimited. Furthermore, I owned Verified account.

So unfair, the way you hold my money and waste my time. I have contacted several agencies of my bank, ATOS the provider of my Mastercard, etc. How many months are you going to hold my money and are you going to have the money to pay your customers? According to all agencies I contact, my settings on my card are correct. Aliexpress, ASOS and other large organizations can perfect return money, why would you not be able to do this with all your excuses?

Very good exchange. You can trust them. Sometimes they are slow, sometimes thay are very quick, If they slow you need to wait for deposits and withrowals too. it's sometimes good sometimes bad. For instance i told my last 2-2 withrowals and deposits. The credit card withrowal arrive after just 1 day but it in the home page it seemed it completed inmediately. (It's usual also they write that its 1-3 days) Bank tranfer withrowal told it will arrive 60 days but arrived after 10 days. First deposit done after 6 days second deposit done after 50 days. They need to upgrade id verifications, as well as the support. BUT IT IS A VERY GOOD EXCHANGE! With mastercard and visa, and high liquidity - just think about the price - dec. 20k usd - one btc - everybody sold their btc because everybody know that the real price of btc could be 20k in the end of 2018 if the market news are not full bad news.

I sent cash to open an account with CEX on 12/18/17. On 12/22 they advised they had received it but needed further information, which was provided and I received no response. On 12/31 I requested that the funds be returned to me. I received several emails from the company saying how busy they were and that it was going to take extra time. On 1/19/18 I received an email saying that the payment had been successfully sent back. "Please, expect it within approximately 7-14 banking days.If any issue emerges, feel free to contact us!" I have sent emails weekly since that date but I have had no response from the company.I have been trading using credit card which has been good but this service is shocking and suspicious, how come they can acknowledge receipt of funds within 3 days but it has taken one month and still no funds received back.
