We haved worked with Block io for more than 1 year. They just blocked our account without any notice and are not replying to emails.Some advisor contacted who works for them for 8 years called Patrick Lodder (you can find him on LinkedIn) told us we were wrongfully locked and support will help us & unblock us.
Still nothing since 5 days, getting "This account is locked" after trying to log in.

they took my access without authorization and stole more than 1.8 BTC, they are motherfucking thieves, they don't answer support because they want to keep stealing, I will use all channels to report these thefts, guys let's unite and break these motherfuckers, let's flood the media social and we will eliminate them

These thieves robbed me and blocked my account and they don't want to return my money, I got an email saying that my account was blocked and they don't want to return my money, and they don't answer me on their support channel, so never use their services because they can rob you like they robbed me.RETURN MY MONEY YOU THIEVES

It has to be that Block io has decided to steal my bitcoin and litecoin. They do not respond to my emails. I formed another account to see if that would send a message to their support. And they locked that email also. I can only assume that they are thieves. Hopefully others will see this review and be warned.

I found on net that it is for sure a scam. I do not know what to think but my situation is that for yesterday I try to change my PIN . I lost it but I found it today. I am sure that is is the correct one. No result at all. The answer is that it is invalid. It is impossible. I send at them all my earnings in Bitcoin and Dogecoin. Not big sums. I will not transfer other sum. Because I had to do a payment in Bitcoin and it was impossible .Because of the PIN. I am sure that something works wrong in their system. I tried many times for no result. As about the password I found in My Google that this is not mine. It is a password of them. Saved in Google But if I logout and put me password does not work. Not even with the second one. Of course something it is wrong from their system or the site is a scam. I am waiting their answer to my last email. If they do not clarify my PIN problem I should consider the site as a SCAM. My rating at this mom is Bad.

scam and f** two factor pin add recently make you lost all your chance to transfert your coins if you lose ur email access specially if your wallet created by an old email and they activated it without asking people like other wallet two factor pin u have to activate it by ur self
but those scammers they activated it without any permition from their users

Yes it's true their privat key doesn't work on blockchain or even any other wallet ! I just backup all things it doesn't work why u are supportin these scammers i swear these guys are scammers
They doesn't reflect my 900$ on my wallet the address is showing but the guys are not reflecting my money in my wallet on

I've been using Block io since if fist launched, NEVER had issues. First thing I did is download and save my private keys! And yet I read folks in here commenting about loosing their funds! How STUPID can you get?

No support Do no invest in integrating with your app at all, there is no body to answer you if you got problem or even you have question in your mind, it seems it's dead website

site is a scam. I have tried to withdraw bitcoins and keeps telling me my password is incorrect, even though i have written it down. lost money on this wallet will never use again
