They simply don't allow me to withdraw my funds. I've already sent all documents and I'm still can't access my account. I'm waiting for almost 1 month and nothing changes. I need my btc.

They use to work... However they locked accounts... forced users into storing biometrics via mandatory photos, then started to ask for documents ... and after more than 12 submits of documents (I had to spend money to open a open bank account ) they "unlocked" the account ... so when I tried to use the mobile application or their website ... Their QR Code doesn't scan and manually entering the address will yield 'invalid email/address' ... ALSO They kept Bitcoin Gold and Bitcoin Cash branches for themselves because they provided interface that crashed when trying to withdraw these so they kept all these coins and compensated the user with a meagre amount of btc in the accounts that are locked to begin with... My current BTC adress 38Gs6BGzpAsWM57x8o8RVn5cMgnhvK84eV held by xapo holds have been frozen for over 6 months

Xapo is fine, none of the issues other mention here. Too bad they stopped the debitcard but that was not in their power. For now they are useless without a card, I had over 10k Euro in bitcoin witch i easily could get back in my own / local wallet.

stay away from "XAPO" The GASTXAPO of the crypto world xapo are a joke. i have been with them since November and today i cancelled my account after receiving over 30 emails having my account suspended and my funds held... Xapo were not able to deal with my dual nationality and kept asking me to proof id , address , proof of income, tax returns ...ect this is not acceptable .. your not a bank your a gateway to trade platforms and a shit one at that .. and once they canceled their card facilitates they became less the zero ... the Xapo team is utter rubbish... i urge you all to stay as far away from these guys as you can ... .. they are more like the Gasxapo ....

i transfered £1520 in xapo account 17/12/2018 i am still unable to get through to them they are no helpat all each time i try to log on after typing my pin it shows same message change pin but no other options available same message comes up .is there any other way to log on ?can any one help ?i think xapo is a scam dont put your money in iiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii

Absolute SCAM! Once your coin is in, it is very hard to get out. They do not honor the purchase price, they can change your order at any moment, very poor support. Border line try to scam your money, I had to hire an attorney to get my money back. Stat away!!
