My account was blocked in February, after almost an year is still blocked with no answer, reason or solution. In all this time I contacted support team several times and I always got the same lies as answer, that relevant team is reviewing my account and cheap excuses. Almost an year and no solution or proper answer. There is no relevant team looking over those issue, this is a SCAM, they lock people accounts with no reason and they keep the funds.P.S: This was my Wirex Wallet address: 3HAkzu3Nmjk1p4LBedua55oSQ4W2kFNxwC
Check it on blockchain, I transacted over 3 BTC on Wirex (I won’t mention other crypto aswell) until they decided to lock it for no reason.

Wirex are SELECTIVE scammers. They closed my account and stole my money for no reason. I have had email correspondence (I can prove upon request) stating they would return my funds but they have not. They are liars, protect yourselves people.

Hello,My intention is to warn potential customers : use another service but not wirex.
My account is blocked, with no reason or notice, for a month and a half, i ve contacted them a dozen times, reported them to financial ombudsman services, nothing is working.
The support is answering automatic replies.
Wirex is costing me a lot and sort of robbing all my savings : pure scam.

Yes, wirex are a scam. The UK ombudsman have hundreds of cases back-logged against them. Avoid.

Wirex has been good to me from 2019 till last year December I knew something wasn’t right when my account was unavailable every time I tried to access it, after numerous attempts of contacting wirex support team wirex customer support and so on emails after emails I just got the same response which was sorry we have received a lot of Enquiries which will result to a delay but we will get back to you soon as.Only 6months later they have emailed me saying they have terminated my account due to breaching their contract and as a result they have blocked my account, and they are happy to send my remaining funds to a gbp account or btc wallet
So it’s been a few days now I’m hoping I get my funds which is a pretty penny and when I do hopefully receive it within ten days I expect I will update you guys
By the way I sent an email to contis too I don’t remember the email address but look it up I was goin to leave a review but I saw all the people that are going through what I went through I felt bad and had to let you guys know there is some hope with these fraudsters they will return out money don’t give up

A totally scam company. Wirex stole funds from account and cannot be contacted to resolve the issue. Anyone using wirex should attempt to get there funds out and not deal with them again

WARNING! I have been a customer since August 2018. It looked promising but it has become a nightmare. A frequent problem is the inaccessibility of my account. It is very difficult to get access again, and it takes ages. For customers who can no longer access their accounts for weeks and months, it's a disaster. Don't waste your time.Used them for two years infrequently with some varying results but then two months ago they just locked me out of my account and my fund with no explanation and no ability to reach my funds.
Thair reply is every time is, sorry but we cannot say why you are locked out and for how long.
Seems like there are thousands of simillar examples out there of people in the same situation.

SCAM ALERT My case is with the financial ombudsman, they have said the app is “faulty” for 5 months, then stopped replying to me! I am a single mother, covid has crashed my business and I need my money, they have ignored my messages for the past month, until I had to contact the financial ombudsman. They have taken the case on and are quite disgusted.
I use various crypto trading apps and would strongly advise everyone to DO NOT trust these people with your money! Go elsewhere!!! I
Would hate for someone to have their money stolen like I have.

This is the worst company I have ever used(and I used a lot of different providers) they will block your account with no explanation and you will lose money, they have unethical and dodgy practices, verification process took 4 months and still going. I have no access to over 1.250 EUR (+3000XRP are there and these guys are thieves ). wirex IS A SCAM, STAY AWAY AS FAR AS YOU CAN. A DICRACE FOR CRYPTO

Wirex is an organized scheme to steals people's money. I recently opened an account with them after I completed their verification process I made a purchase of XRP since then, I can only fund the wallet but they restrict me from withdrawing my funds. I advise anyone not to trust your money in this shit scammer's hands. Whenever I open a ticket they replied after days with this same copy and paste messages "Hello Mellien, Sorry about this! We understand failed withdrawals can be really frustrating.
As a regulated entity, we are obliged to review all transactions and are sometimes unable to process transfers to certain wallets due to applicable legislation. Unfortunately, we are unable to provide any additional information about this at this time. We would therefore advise that you find an alternative way to make this specific payment.

Wirexapp is a fraudulent platform stealing from unsuspecting customers, in my case, my account was blocked and i was denied access to withdraw all my funds totalling about 6.782BTC. They refused to refund me for 6 weeks util i reported to Elytchargeback websiteI am glad i was able to get my money back with the help of these experts at Elytchargeback

Wirex is pure fraud. I have tried for weeks to get my funds out of there to other wallets. They remove SEND possibilities so you are stuck. They trick you in with small amounts, and in the beginning its working. You can send and receive, but as your funds increase, the problems come. Theis answer, if you get any is at best without meaning. Saying they are working to fix both sending and receiving from the account, but they keep you with talk and no action.
WITH NO POSSIBILITIES TO GET FUNDS OUT, THIS IS THEFT.

The worst experience ever. It is so hard to take out the money and to actually understand what is going on there and where the money goes.... I keep emailing with the costumer service for weeks to close and cancel my card and not only that the first reply to my email was after 10 days!!!! but they direct me to another payment provider now to be able to transfer the left over amount to my bank card. Absolutely not how it should be. Extremely disappointed!!!

A big scam...!!My funds value in Wirex account is more than £75,000.00 as per yesterday. Wirex locked my account on 22nd Dec 2020. I contacted their support team many times but got NO solution.
Support team is just replying copy and paste text to all.
Like many customers, I waited years for this time for the price of Crypto to increase and Wirex has stolen my money, my earnings and my dreams.
Beware of this..........!!!

Ordered to send amount GBP 392.93 disappeared from my account and wasn't delivered at destination . Service support response is issuing tickets no action . No requested bank statement neither explanation . They have no close supervision of entrusted money , no support action , no management supervision . Such situation questions grounds of Wirex FCA licence . Looks soon revoked when things develop so wrong . It was good service damaged by developments of above kind .

I strongly advise anyone considering wirex NOT to do so. I have had my funds locked with no explanation, support staff have no answers to my questions and are not helping the situation. Many other people are in a similar situation and we are now seeking legal help. Stay away from wirex
