I have been a client with Orangewebsite for I believe 8 months, I know it may not be a long time but enough time to tell you that the support is superb. They answer very quickly and resolve your problem with you. Their technical know how is good and they go above and beyond to assist their clients when there is a problem. I had a problem with my email and they guided me through my issues very quickly so that I could work with it. I am not a tech person so having good support team behind my is very crucial. Keep up the good work guys! I will recommend you to anyone I know, that needs hosting.

I love them, they were very quick at responding to my inquiry and they resolved my problem even quicker. I was not expecting them to respond that quickly to my ticket. It was a new experience for me, I highly recommend giving them a try!, the reviews I found about them before trying them out were not lying. I was going through these horrid reviews and thought I would put my 2 cents in.I have been with Orangewebsite for 3 years now, I have never had a problem with my 3 sites and support have always been kind and efficient.
These 1 star reviews seem rather personal and I hope the team at Orangewebsite keep up the good work and keep up the good fight.
When you champion free speech you will always have people who want to shut you down and they will go to any lengths to tarnish your reputation.

Crappy service, my site was only up about 70% of the time, maybe less. I used special software to monitor my uptime and I've never seen any host this bad.

This web hosting company lies about its fees. They started me out at the advertised rates on their site, then 6 months later said they were increasing the fees and that my rate was "promotional." I initially accepted the fee increase, but then they doubled the hosting fees at the end of the year, saying it was their right to do so! This is just a scam.

I talked to their customer service representative, "Vince T." and he told me they can't guarantee against DDoS attacks or even privacy breaches, and even joked that they'll be lucky if their company even exists to the end of this year.

The founder, Henri Kalle Johannes, is currently fleeing the law and facing several international lawsuits.This web host is being investigated by law enforcement. Sometime this year their domain will be seized and their services shut down. Given the criminal nature of this company and the type of content hosted on its servers, it's likely a DDoS attack will damage its infrastructure, not to mention the ongoing privacy breaches.

I have been using Orangewebsite shared hosting for 9 months now, I picked them as they have 2 Bitcoin payment providers and don't support DMCA take down requests.They migrated my site from one of the big well known hosts where I was having problems with the slow response from support.
Migrated my site within the hour and I haven't had any problems since.
Talked with their support about transferring my domains and they were very fast and efficient.
I just wanted to give this review as I think the service is great and people should know about it.

I signed up with Orangewebsite about 2 years back and they have been my rock, whenever I have any issues with my website even if it's something that really shouldn't be dealt with by the support they are always willing to take a look and see if things can be resolved. They answer promptly to my every ticket and they truly are available 24/7/365. Hell they even helped me on what is Christmas EVE in their country. I also love that they are running on renewable energy source and care about the environment. I really need to one day visit Iceland and all it has to offer. If you are looking for a trusting service provider, you receive what you pay for with them. They aren't the cheapest but when is buying the cheapest always been the best option?. Here is to many more years!.

Beware of using this host. They are sending me invoices for services I have already paid and have no record of payment. Support has weak English skills and very frustrating to deal with. Ne refund when requested. Total fraud operation.

Orange Website is unbelievabley good. Amazing service - 100% uptime. I never had 1 issue with them. Even if you don't need privacy, this web host is so professional that I will recommend using it for any reason whatsoever - load speed, uptime, price & support(which is immidiate). 10/10

I started hosting with them because I needed a free speech host. I've been very pleased with their hands on customer service, uptime, speed and, well, everything! I couldn't ask for more in a host. Very happy I chose them and plan to stay for good.
