Swapping ETH to Link I got quoted a rate but 21 Link disappeared in the transaction.Edit I chased them about this transaction and they got back to me with an explanation about external markets. None of which is made clear on their website nor sounds real to me. I told them I would write a trustpilot review and they agreed to refund my Linc plus 5 link extra which I didn't ask for but was happy to get. But my account mysteriously locked when I went to withdraw. First accepting my pin but calling a wallet sync error then flat out rejecting it. So expect to lose a significant amount of money using this service. I will update If they come back again. So far they are not responding.

If someones promising to double, triple your money or any denomination for that matter, they will scam you. Stay away from them.

Exchanged some litecoin for xmr, exchange went through no issue, xmr appeared in my mycoinchain wallet. I then sent my xmr to an external wallet (address is correct, copied it using clipboard), its been almost a day and I have not received my xmr. I have reached out to support, they have not responded. STAY AWAY from this website
