Customer service is pretty bad with constant auto responses or copy and paste scripted responses. This last experience has left me feeling very frustrated and lost. I don't know where the money has gone and moonpay has clearly washed their hands

For multiple purchases. Yesterday, my attempt to purchase was declined using my debit card that I had used at least 5 times earlier this week for purchases. I was given a reason that my daily limit has been reached. I attempted to contact support with no response. I followed by attempting with 2 other cards with the same result. I contacted support again asking for an explanation and how my daily limit could have been reached when I had not had a single successful transaction within 24 hrs. I was given the same generic reason with no other explanation. Several hours later I received an email from a support person with an actual name “Roger” who was very polite but informed me that I had deviated from their terms and conditions and my account would be closed. No explanation, no understanding, no instruction to correct, shut down, closed case.
I am not going to call the company a SCAM because the service has worked in the past, but there is a clear misunderstanding of how to support an existing customer, as well as a poor clarification between choosing service security /protection over business/service support for a reliable verified customer who regularly does business with your company. Simply, the communication is non existent. We all know businesses function to make profit, and these guys are no different. However, from my experience it is clear the policies in place are in fact very poorly thought out and are not ideal to build a customer oriented safe and secure service for individuals to purchase crypto. They are in place to protect themselves.
This is in fact why everyone has basically gotten zero helpful support with issues. These issues are scattered across the internet. I don’t like to leave bad reviews but these guys have earned it. :) have a single star on me!

mine was was odd one i contacted them through safemoon wallet informing them i can purchase crypto they then asked for a pic if me holding card then they sent a message that i broke terms ??? and locked me out
as a precaution i immediately cancelled my card as this seems to me as a scam
i would be very careful with this company i sure they could drawn cash off my card
if i had not cancelled it
