Delisted CAPP without a warning just a few hours after it finally was possible to deposit CAPP. HitBTC is the worst company ever!

This site is in a low level in compare ogother exchange sites, they delist CAPP currency suddenly without any warn or news or anything money of a the large number of peoples have been gone with no reason very bad support without any statement about this I do not advise this site at all

no rating at all.. they dont deserve even 0 stars. support sucks, they have childish problems like "full mailbox" that makes verification emails to come back to you with delivery failure notification. some wallet addresses dont work. moreover, they may delist the token without any notice just like they did with CAPP on December 28 NEVER TRADE ON HITBTC.. HIGHLY NOT RECOMMENDED!

XRP stuck in site for weeks. Unable to withdrawal from site. Pending support ticket for weeks regarding lost deposit. Still no response. This site will take your money. You have been warned!

2 withdrawals this week appear to be lost. Both were immediately verified via email when the transaction was initiated and both showed the correct destination address - however, hitbtc failed to provide tx hash info for these and the coins are no longer in the account... so far, no meaningful response to support questions.

This exchange is a joke. I deposit ngc coin and can't take it out for days now, funny thing is I had strong feeling this was going to happen cuz whole site just has bad vibe compare to other exchanges. I try to sell my coin for asking price and no buyers, wtf! This site won't last much longer cuz they will never have enough volume to trade . is also why they lock in your coin so there will be enough volume to trade and people don't sell it all off

Excellent interface, only concern is, not as much volume right now, as other exchanges. Cant understand why people are complaining about loosing money. I have transferred in and out without any problems since the beginning. Set up the site the right way and you will be fine!
