Hitbtc advertises themselves as the best and most advance platform. You sure are especially when it comes to getting hacked.
Also the best at ignoring your customers who are knocking at your door. You do not have an iota of sympathy for them.
It has been one month since I sent in my support ticket and what do I get from you nothing but stupid emails telling me that it will take a minimum to. A maximum of 48 hours.
How much should I and others wait.
Maybe we should all start a class action together so at least we might be able to recover our funds.

WITHDRAWAL UPDATEHello everybody,
I have already filed 6 support request and i am waiting more than one month to receive my BTC on my binance account. Please beware of this scamsite. They already stole millions if not more from thausands of people. I don’t understand that this scammers keep operating and law enforcement keeps closing their eyes. This guys need to be behind bars . I am now 100% convinced that they are a bunch of ordinary thieves. They ignore all the support requests and if they respond its via a standard nonsens e-mail. Guys i am warning everybody again and i will keep doing that. Stay away from this site unless you want to lose your assets like me and thausands of other victims.we are hopelessly looking how our money is stolen in front of us and people keep using this site. if anyone nows where i can file an official complaint/lawsuit please let me know. I would select no stars if I could. Deposited 200000 dcn to my account about a month ago which went through and withdrew no issues.Sent another 500000 dcn to my account to the same wallet address so I know it works and nothing. It’s been 10 days now and the support team and not replying. Keep getting the same copy and paste reply of that my case is being passed onto higher level to investigate. What a load of shite. It’s a scam. They took my coins which was a success on the block chain and now won’t answer to their theft.
Believe me when I say stay away from this site. You’ll lose your coins just like me and many others. Those who comment saying they got their coins with no issues etc.. are working for th corrupt site of hitbtc. This site had loads of potential but someone got greedy. Deposit fees shot up a stupid amount. Withdrawal fees shot up a stupid amount..basically greed took over and now a lot of clients are left stuck with no answer or hope.
I had this money invested for my 16 month old daughter and I wanted to withdraw it out so I could take her on holiday and now I can’t.

I am developer and i understand the code behind blockchain pretty well, so i know there was no issue when i made the deposit on HITBTC. there is so many confirmation now on the blockchain explorer since its been 2 months ...I have filled multiple Ticket and got NO answer at all and never they will answer.

Read through all the complaints and was completely paranoid, which is why i only deposited $50 two days ago, which got into account via binance in less than hour.I then proceeded to with draw a portion from HitBTC back to binance today and it performed perfectly and took less than 20 minutes, albeit it took me some time to do the math on withdrawing.
So for me the experience, so far, has been postive.

Absolutely horrible .....They want you send Passport and such as unsecure Email if you want to be verified.
I did that anyway .... 3 days later I receive a message that their Google run mail box is full (????)
I contact support who promise to get back to me within 24 hours, at the latest 48 hours.
48 (weekday) hours past and I have heard nothing .....
Funny to think that they want people to trust them with money ....

First of all, I send XVG and been like two weeks now it still sucks and I can't withdraw it! It has been 22 days now that I am waiting for my withdrawal from HITBtc to be deposited to my NEM wallet, Operation ID: af760425c4e4404fabde80303344f739All I got for numerous message to the support was promises "be assured that eventually your withdrawal will be processed. " Time is ticking - no results, my coins are frozen on the website, the price fluctuates every day, and HITBtc feeds me with promises... Stay away from this exchange, or you will be undergoing big stress out of nothing.
