I’ve been trading for more than 10 years. However, it’s only my fiat experience. To crypto trading I’ve moved not so long ago. The fees on this exchange are really low. Yet, to make it clear, I still prefer fiat to crypto.

It seems to me that recently hitbtc started to work a bit slower than before. Got two ideas. First, devs are creating something new again. Second, it might be the increase of users as it was in December.

Everytime you make a transaction, I will put it this way try trading 5 coins.Three of the five coins will have a wallet maintenance issue when you try to deposit or withdraw your funds.
Take $5000 and try it.

Hitbtc is an exchange with ambiguous reviews. It is said either good or bad, and it is extremely difficult to find a neutral and objective review.Low fees, high liquidity, fiat currencies and a huge number of currency pairs (more than 600).
Good support, convenient and intuitive interface.
At the same time, sometimes the transaction speed is lower than it should be.

Hello! I would like to share my impressions of hitbtc. I rate it 4 out of 5. In my opinion there are both pluses and minuses. Once I didn't manage to withdraw money and once again me account was blocked they asked to go through the verification process. As a result, everything was quickly solved. Verification, as far as I understand, is needed in order to protect the account from scam attacks.In general, the exchange is no worse than other top crypto exchanges.

Hi there! I’m with hitbtc for a several days. The registry process was simple but now I’m a little confused. All those tables, graphics and so on. There are a lot of the abilities of that platform and I do feel a little distracted. Please, can somebody help me to get used to?

My friend recommended HitBTC, so I decided to try this exchange. You can immediately deposit your cryptos. Not too hard... I guess I'll post the whole review when I become more experienced. These are my first steps in trading.

I deposited 20 btc into HitBTC and then found out that they had really low volume for the coins I wanted to trade with. So I tried to transfer the btc to another exchange/address, and then everything just started to freeze up. First I didn't get email confirmations for transferring funds, then it would say currency operations no allowed. Now I can't even trade between eth and btw or any other coin. They have completely frozen my account and when I tried to contact customer support, they would ask for 1 KYC document per email, an address proof, then a photo of me, then source of funds. It has been 3 weeks since the issue happened, my funds are still stuck while crypto currencies are dropping everyday. I would not recommend this exchange to anyone. I have used bitfinex and bittrex and kucoin before, all without any problems.

I think all the positive stars are made by HITBTC owner.All people are happy, but the reality, the support is like a phantom, the tickets are forgotten, nobody help you or tell something....
As you can see, there is a lot of nice comments, but all looks like spam. If you look for the 1 stars comment, you can see everyone said the same: scam, no support or something similar.
Try to avoid it.

A nightmarish exchange. The support team is useless. Even if you exchange e-mail for more than one month it will not solve anything. Lastly, a weak position user can not do anything whatever cowardly hands are used although he left the money. Thanks I lost 2500 dorrer $. Fear and anxiety and human distrust HitBTC hated in Japan hated British people.

I was just scammed by HitBTC recently was lost 1.8 BTC !!! Hitbtc listed With Coin with the ticker "WITH"
While the official website of With Coin states the ticker is "WTHC"
Me trusting HitBTC as a reliable exchange, as I have used them before, I started trading WITH and invested 1.8 BTC in it.
The price was pretty volatile and trading volume was usually large.
Then while waiting for my sell order to go through - the coin jumps up 2100% and then vanishes.
Without a warning.
I try to withdraw the "WITH" coins to my official With coin wallet via the official wallet website - and it turns out HitBTC was selling their "WITH" coin as a ERC20 Token while the real WITH Coin says their WTHC coin is a X13+ Coin.
So Hitbtc listed a fake coin, waited for people to trade it for real valuable BTC, then delisted the fake coin and kept all the real BTC.
This exchange is disgusting !!!
Everyone avoid HitBTC like the plague it is.
Ps. - the support is a joke - their answer was basically: "You need to take responsibility of your trading actions" while they scammed me - its outrageous.
And 1.8 BTC is a lot of money - especially for a student.
