KYE Know Your Exchange.....Hitbtc is the only exchange where individual accounts have been hacked.....
They receive 600% more complaints on the internet than any other exchange.....
They put you through hell just to get your own money back, or not at all......
A year from now when Hitbtc is shut down they will be the crowning jewel of cautionary tales of criminal crypto organizations.......
It is a shame that the greatest technological and sociological advancement in many generations is met with creeps like Hitbtc......
Hitbtc either stole, or allowed someone to steal $4000.00 from my account which was my emergency Veterinarian fund for 12 animals I care after.......

The ideal exchange, loved it from the first trading! Best rate, quick exchange (sometimes almost instant) and good tech support! The simplest interface. Use for six months, and the delay happens only 1 time (of about 20-30), but tech support resolved the issue within days!

I think it would be great to see the list of 'de-listed' coins or tokens so I know what to expect to be added later. You can still use the 'System Health' page for the reference, but I believe it doesn't keep the history of all the changes.

Another great thing I love about the community, that HitBTC allows their users to participate in the moderation of the Trollbox. Sometimes it goes wild but usually it's great.

I am tendering on different exchanges, and I can not say that HitBTC is different than something special from others. I didn’t face any delays or other problems, in general the level is the same as the others. Let’s see what will happen in time.

Not "the most advanced cryptocurrency exchange"When coins are offline they don't tell you where the problem is, how long it will take to solve it or what they are going to do about it. Basically they let you trade currencies which are offline without giving you a single warning (except on the "System health"-page) that you can't withdraw them.
The customer support told me:
"XDN operations are currently suspended due to the ongoing technical maintenance. We are tightening up some mechanisms and soon everything will get back online."
That's nice but it didn't help at all. As you can see on the System Health-page , XDN is offline since May and they don't say a single word about what's going on and when it will be back online.
You're trying to be "the most advanced cryptocurrency exchange", but:
- Your customer support is not very helpful
- There is nearly no connection to the customer. People can't find out why and how long something doesn't work.
- You don't give a warning on the balance/exchange-page about a coin being offline
- Many coins are often offline for a long time with no reason or explanation
This was the first and last time i've used HitBTC.
Now i can only hope that one day i'll finally be able to withdraw my XDN...

HitBTC is a huge scam. They take your money and when you loose access to your 2fa authenticator they lock you out of your account even after sending them information only I would know. Including my photo ID that they are now selling on the black market web. I have been locked out now for 3 months. I will never see my investment again

A reliable exchange with fast support. There was one case this spring when I needed to quickly solve one problem. Support answered in a few hours and it was solved. I didn’t thank them back then, so I want to say thank you now. Thank you hitbtc support agents!!

I just lost over $3000 on HitBTC. My phone went died and they sent me a new one and I lost my 2fa verification key. I contacted HitBTC and sent them everything including my ID pic. A picture with me and the email they sent me and hashes from recent transactions. They are a complete fraud do not send your money to them.Jones B.

If you don't want to believe that you are potentially the next victim, search Sicarious on twitter who have 50 thousands followers and what he tweeted today and ask the whole crypto community for help, read about the miserable situation his 65 years old mother went through with Hitbtc.....they don't feel ashamed, if they have feelings, they trap poor people and suck their blood.

Hitbtc is locking traders funds? is it true? Lets find out our selves, perhaps looking at a source of a proven credibility, what about reddit? or maybe Hitbtc official reddit account, that would be flawless, there is a link on hitbtc home page anyway; Just had a look on it, found 25 posts published in the last five days, more than half of them posted by traders unable to withdraw their funds....please spare couple of minutes and check that your self.
The best place to store your funds is an external wallet controlled by you and not an exchange which may disappear in a day and night, some of you who has been long enough in the crypro space are aware of how many exchanges shut down all of a sudden and claimed that they got hacked!
It is bad to loose money whilst trading, but stealing your hard earned money is really painful, and I don't wish this to anybody, I hope you'll never learned that in the hard way.

Take my advise; If you are trading small amount of money at Hitbtc you won't face issues, as soon as you make profit and your money grow and at the moment you try to withdraw your funds they will lock you out and take you in an endless ride called KYC/AML process which involve supplying lot of personal details in the form of selfies, passport copies, credit card and bank statements, utility bills, proof of funds...etc, and you'll never reach to an end and your hard earned money will stay there.

Trading is always risky. It offers great potential profits unless you know that your account is safe enough. I’ve had different experiences while trading on other platforms and been robbed ones or twice. One of the previous exchanges just killed my transactions and later blocked the account access. After a dozen tries to contacted support I finally decided to leave that scam platform. Now, before registering on HitBTC, I’ve checked the security lvl of this exchange. You know, I’m quite satisfied as this exchange provides great reliability and has never been hacked. Can say that HitBTC cares about their customers and the trusted money.
