Total scam.....I bit you that every review with more than 1 star is submitted by Hitbtc employee who is paid to trap people.....The Crypto space without Hitbtc is much better.....

There is nothing worse than having an exchange locking traders accounts and hold their money regardless what excuse you are giving! You are absolutely insolvent....Sorry to say it, but your exchange has become a grave yard, three hundreds coins and their daily trading volume is big zero, your total trading volumes is way below other exchanges......you lost the crypto community trust!How would you explain the tons of complains posted by traders on your official Reddit account? or even on your twitter!

For those who had their funds stolen or locked by Hitbtc, Please report HitBTC to the HONG KONG POLICE CYBER CRIME department, posting links or URL's is not allowed here so you may use the google and search HONG KONG POLICE CYBER CRIME department, select e-report center, then report cyber crime.This site will provide a form to fill out and it will generate date and time stamp along with a reference number and an email receipt; it is important to write briefly, indicate your ticket number and value of funds which has been blocked, make sure to mention the following:
Company Name: Hit Solution Limited, CR No.: 2510720. Registered / Principal Office: Unit 19, 7/F., One Midtown No.11 Hoi Shing Road, Tsuen Wan, New Territories, Hong Kong.
Hundreds of traders has filled the form so far; situation is becoming serious and most likely Hitbtc will be forced to release your funds and perhaps pay you compensation.

Everybody know that Hitbtc is a scam, they steal traders funds because they are there to steal money not because they are insolvent, the exchange has no legal entity in the UK, your previous registration which was under the name of a Russian citizen has been resolved....why did you left UK and run away to Hong Kong? where will be your your next destination? Afghanistan? or perhaps Mars?Hitbtc admins, stop writing reviews every where and describe your scam website as a great exchange, people are not from another planet!

You could be right guys, Hitbtc liquidity went down after they launched margin trading, maybe they suffered magnified losses and contractual obligations toward third parties, possibly they are insolvent, this is the only explanation for withholding withdrawals regardless the excuses given by Hitbtc.I'm a member of few crypto groups and I'm aware of several members who have their funds trapped in Hitbtc and some of them are preparing for legal action.
I have managed to withdraw my own funds, it is not necessary that they will lock you out unless you make a large transfer.

HitBTC are involved in activities such as not crediting clients’ deposits, traders balance disappearing, withholding withdrawals, and Hitbtc doesn't seem to be willing to respond, clarify or justify their acts, they can't deny the thousands of open tickets but keeping silent to gain time; Could be something big behind such suspicious activities....I'd stay away!

Hitbtc, comprehensive Review-Hitbtc Support: Non existent, No support email, no call center, no online support, telegram is only announcement channel, Hitbtc filter direct messages on their twitter for not getting overwhelmed with tons of traders complains.
-Security: Funds isn’t safe, thousands of traders had their funds locked by the exchange without justification, read on the Offical Hitbtc Reddit account.
-Liquidity: Potentially insolvent, trading volume has dropped dramatically, other exchanges at the same size trades four times more the tinny volume of Hitbtc, check on coinmarketcap
-Markets: wide variety of coins, unfortunately majority are dead with almost zero daily trading volume, check market overview on Hitbtc website
-Convenient of use: No mobile application, and no plans to invest and cope with the technology advancement.
-Reputations: lot of warnings is being published everyday related to locking traders funds.
-Social activity: The exchange is running a network posting fake positive reviews
-My recommendations: Avoid, there are lot of other decent exchanges.
-My Advise: Make you own due diligence, don’t let reviews fool you, they could be fake.
-Special request: For those who had their funds locked by Hitbtc, don’t drop your hard earned money, and for the sake of traders funds safety, spread the word and let everybody knows about their awful practices; sooner or later they will be forced to release your money and pay you compensation…

Actually, I’m very attracted to this peaceful ultramarine interface. I mean there aren’t annoying pop-UPS on the pages and all stuff like that. The settings and the main menu are set up very well, and it should be noted that platforms like Hit usually have overloaded menu and toolbar. To tell you the truth, for me it’s very user-friendly and the fastest service for trading I’ve ever tried.

Don't let the positive reviews posted here fool you, they could be fake; make your own due diligence!Before sending money to Hitbtc check other resources perhaps Hitbtc official twitter or Reddit accounts, Hitbtc have locked thousands of traders accounts lately, Hitbtc is potentially insolvent so they started such awful practice for keeping funds in their exchange which is about to die; Check their daily trading volume on coinmarketcap, you'll notice that comparable exchange such as Binance, OKEX or Huobi is trading four or five times the tiny volume of Hitbtc.

I‘m mostly satisfied with a customer service here, especially in comparison with other markets. You just create a ticket, describing your issue through the online form and get a rapid reply by e-mail. The agents answer even the most stupid questions. Along with that, it’s not a kind of “robot responses”. After many trials and errors and wasted nerves due to the instability of some markets, I’ve finally chosen this platform.
