I had problems with withdrawal 3 times in almost a year of using the exchange. Also, once there were delays with the eth incoming transaction, but it was during a network overload due to the game with kittens, so I don't pay attention to this :) I wrote to the support team twice, at the first time they answered for a long, about a week, during this time the transaction was successfully withdrawn. The second time answered almost immediately,and rolled back the transaction. I'm happy with the hit btc, and will continue to use.

HitBTC has taken a friend of mines funds hostage and forced them through a rediculous verification process...I would never deposit even 1 dogecoin there....they would charge 2k doge withdrawal fee anyway

My account have been locked too, I filed a complain to the authorities in the UK and Hong Kong, there is a huge number similar complains along with legal cases raised against those scammers, and their situation is getting worse everyday. take my advise and file a complaint just to reserve your right, I am confident that they will refund and pay you compensation soon.

Dear moneromaster111, sorry to hear about your unfortunate experience, it is very well known that Hitbtc is a scam exchange which have locked thousands of traders accounts specially those holding decent amounts of money, the reason is they are there to steal traders and nothing else, they are running and funding a network posting fake positive reviews to trap more people, most of traders has left them without looking behind, this cycle is reaching to an end and the scam exchange is going down every day, look at their daily trading volumes and you'll realize how bad is their situation, and most likely they will exist scam soon, I suggest that you spread the word and let every newbie learn about their scam to avoid them.

The funds were stolen by HITBTC.Only a reply of fixed form sentences comes from the support center.
We recommend not to use it not to encounter malicious crimes.

I`m a cryptocurrency trader and I've been trading on HitBTC since 2016, lately I tried to withdraw some of my funds and surprisingly Hitbtc locked my account and suspended withdrawals, do not trust Hitbtc

Warning, Hitbitc suspended withdrawals for most of trader while they are still accepting deposits, this is a typical indication for existing scam, good reviews are posted by people paid to trap newbies, Avoid.

There are thousands of cases which have been raised lately, mostly disappearing balances, locking traders accounts, suspending withdrawals, the classic way to steal money, who is their CEO, no body knows, who operate the company and what is their organization....only few scammers making fake posts to trap more victims, so what is next? it won't be surprising if Hitbtc all of a sudden claim that they got hacked and shut down their exchange....Withdraw your funds before it is too late.

You are absolutely correct guys, total scam, they have suspended my withdrawals and locked my account for no reason, only mistake I did that I tried to withdraw some tokens, I have raised four tickets so far and their support are just fooling around, I've lost big amount of money because of those scammers.

There is nothing so special in Hitbtc, very few coins are active and these are being traded by their own bots, rest of the coins are already dead, they've locked most of the traders accounts, withdraw your money before they lock you out and steal your coins.
