Last week I withdrew my BTC into BCH address by mistake. But hitbtc support solved this problem in a few hours. I’m sure that other exchanges would not do so as it was my mistake, not theirs

Cannot withdraw my funds, no repply from the support team, or unproductive one...Hitbtc is a scam, you should be thinking in before to go with them...
Withdraws prices increase year after year, that's a red signal, and they have reputation to create false order book with bots, just because they asking more money to a token for entering in...
I will probably never see my cryptos again, don't do like me!!!
Go on a trusted exchange like binance, coinbase or others!!!

SCAM stolen my bitcoins with endless KYC loop. I'm providing them all the data they need and they keep asking for the same data over and over again. Bitcoins locked for half year now.

HITBTC locked my funds and so many users without any reasonable reason !my account passed KYC , they email me asking for my private data , and ask me to provide the source of my fund . and even tho i think it doesn't make sense , i still provide everything .
1 Week have passed , and haven't hear anything . If this is not a scamming action , i dont know what to call it .
Many have suffers from HitBTC . stay out !!!

I am not able to see my balances for several months already. I wrote several times to HITBTC and no answer in this time.I think they are a scam. When I enter my account, I receive the following messages:
Trouble connecting to server. Balances cannot be viewed. Please try again later.
Withdrawals for this currency are offline. Please refer to the System Monitor page for updates.
Anyone else is in this position?

"Great exchange for beginner and experienced traders. Its easy to use and understand. I find it much easier to use than some other exchanges I have traded on. The people who say it's a scam are just idiots who don't know how to trade and blame others when they screw up. HitBTC has been around a few years and has never actually scammed anyone. Its pathetic people blame an exchange for their own stupidity.

It is not the best exchange, but not scam also. I communicated with their support team 2 or 3 times and it was OKAY, they usually answer all of the questions.

BE CAREFUL! DO NOT DEPOSIT COINS INTO HITBTC!!
I opened my account there last year, and started using it again last week. I deposited $10k worth of a coin and sold it for BTC. When I went to withdraw the BTC, they locked me out and said I didn't comply with their KYC rules. I then complied fully, and they are still not letting me withdraw my BTC.
It's scary how can HITBTC allow people to deposit all then want, but won't let them withdraw. VERY shady. I've had an account for a long time, and I was never informed of any changes to their rules.
I have made several attempts to communicate with them, but they do not answer. Will I get my BTC back??
Scary stuff.
