Not necessarily a scam exchange, perhaps they lack the knowledge to operate their platform up to the traders expectations, they are not custom focused off course and their support level is really bad, it is corrupted from the inside and sometimes things aren't controlled; had my own bad experience and my issues got resolved only after I wrote them warnings to publish my story on twitter. I'm already out, and sorry I'd give one star as they still have a lot to do in the favor of traders.

Slow withdraws with high fees on some coins, but they did send me my withdraws. It would be a 5 star exchange if they disable the troll box and work on automating withdraws 100% so they are as quick as the networks allow since they obviously manually send out larger payments. Are the extremely poor reviews warranted? Yes and no I think. I had to give them a some what decent rating because they did finally send me my payment at the last moment and I was able to get my order into bitmain. If I had missed that because of them one star all the way. Learning lesson on my behalf. I need to be ready or only deal with the best of the best exchanges in a pinch, which is like none of them lol.

My money is trapped in this shit exchange, made transfer to buy some tokens, and when I checked the withdrawal fees for the currency I’m buying I changed my mind, so I withdraw my money but they locked me out, typical scam.
