I call their support.
I got a female on the line who would not comply with my questions.
They answer the phone and lead you around, they than send your request "To a manager" If you ask for a manager or supervisor they say they have none.
I asked how many people worked there, they said 20-30.
I asked how do they function with no supervision?
They replied sarcastically and told me to keep my eye on my e-mail for someone to contact me.
I have no doubt this place is a huge scam.
Do not ever use this service!

Three drawbacks over eGifter: one-confirmation buying, no reward points, and no precise amounts. I've been wandering around the mall for 30+ minutes before waiting for a transaction to get a single confirmation, and had a balance left over on a card, which would never happen with eGifter.

It started after I opened an account (they've been around a couple of years, so I thought they were legit.) So I proceeded to try to buy a gift card and my payment didn't go through (credit card), which is odd, so I tried again. That didn't work either, so I proceeded to use my PayPal email as payment. A few moments after that, I received an email saying that my account was suspended. So after reaching for customer service, they asked that they needed my ID as verification. I didn't think of it much since even PayPal does that.
Well, they refused to un-suspend my account. After this ordeal (and unhelpful customer sevice), I wouldn't want to deal with this company, HOWEVER, I am concerned regarding what information is out there that they have to make that decision. They refused to tell me anything, and it is not as if any of my information is new or new accounts (paypal user over 15 years, same bank account & credit card for ages, old phone, no new address). Basically nothing that should have raised a flag, but they still wouldn't tell me why.
My concern now is that they have ALL MY INFORMATION, ALL OF IT! ID, credit card, PayPal email, address, phone!
I don't even know what to do. I'm going to start looking around, after reading some other horror stories about this company. So if I can't find any information, I may have to contact agencies (Federal Trade Commission, Attorney General, etc...)
Darn it! Wish I had read some of these horror stories before I proceeded!
BEWARE! DON'T DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY! STEER AWAY!

Once I submitted the payment then got an automatic payment pending email said "We'll email you as soon as order processing completes. It could take up to 3 hours to receive your e-gift card."
After an hour, another incoming email said " We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused. This happens when our automated systems detect something that looks unusual to them.
To help us verify your account, please fill out this form . We'll notify you once your form has been reviewed. Usually within 3 days. " I clicked the form and it asks me to upload either my ID or PASSPORT!!!!!!!! Absolutely outrageous!
2 days after I wrote a few of emails without a straight answer back to me that explains why collecting my info of ID has to take place? I offer them to swap my payment method instead but they never responded for that! And yeah, They did changed my card immediately, then asked my ID check, later take it all the way homerun to freeze my account, so it could leave me no way to claim my purchase as a whole deal it planed!
Not finish yet! They finally got back to me today with a false statement they claimed that "the transaction was voided on our end." I email back my card account overview screenshot, FIRST DATA MERCHANT SERVICE has already charged the full payment, oh, that's another name of GYFT ...pair of online scammers! Lesson learned!
