I've been using Gigapros vps hosting for more than 2 months and dare say I'm impressed with their services, servers don't have downtime at all, they are well-administrated and monitored. Great value for money - prices are incredibly low and offering much resources. They have a customized control panel to configure and control all aspects of the website.

Although this is a personal site and intended for family and friends, I do not have a lot of traffic. However I do enjoy the unlimited space since I have lots of stuff to backup, so I can just create a private folder and backup my software / photos there. Gigapros has great polite staff and that is why it was pleased to communicate with. I really appreciate all the work that they did for me. Thank you.

Started out with Gigapros web hosting in Belgium six months ago to upgrade from my shared to vps hosting as my web site had grown quite large. I experience very little downtime, download speed is good for the most part and I haven't run into a serious problem yet. I have enjoyed their service and would recommend it to anyone.

I had a site I wanted to move from my old provider (because their network) to Gigapros (because they gave me a good deal) but didn’t know how to move the files. These guys took my login, and moved all my files and made sure it all worked! These guys rock!

No doubt, Gigapros hosting service is great. Once I lost some of my account files. It was my fault and I deleted them by accident. I didn’t know what to do. They back all my files, they treat their customers with the utmost respect. I feel the most important thing in web hosting is the uptime; while everything else can have some impact on your online business, it’s the downtime that hurts the most. Speed and uptime proved that Gigapros hosting provider is seriously in business and not part-time workers.

Response time is always quick, also on weekends, - the overall time to solve a problem is nice because they don't waste time asking stupid questions. Gigapros pricing is great if you pay 6, 12, or 24 months in advance. Network and server uptime is 99.999%. Thanks.
