I know that their technical support responds immediately, and can be contacted in 3 ways: Using the contact form of the Eobot page; Directly by email to a technical support email address; By phone.
Another positive aspect is that it is apparently the only online wallet where we can receive BCN (Bytecoins) without having to install on our PC or mobile device the BCN Wallet.
The negative thing I've seen so far is that they continually have in maintenance mode some cryptocoins addresses like the BCN for example, so they are not sent nor receive any more amounts is in maintenance mode.
I sent BCN from MinerGate to Eobot when I was in maintenance mode the BCN's Eobot Wallet (I did not notice it before sending the amount of BCN) After 24 hours the amount was sent and it was confirmed, contact me by E-mail with the technical support of Eobot to report and ask about why, and the response arrived in less than 5 minutes. I apologize for the inconvenience. I informed you that I was in maintenance and that I could check that status on the Status page. Said that when the status of the BCN Wallet was changed to "operational" it would receive the amount that was transferred, and that if n arrived 24 hours later, I would communicate with them again. The amount if I arrived 24 hours later, despite the fact that the BCN Wallet continued in maintenance mode.
