Pure scam. Bad people in the world that we don't need. They claim there are errors in the block chain from their exchange to buy time while they steal your money. They will be caught. I filed a police report and PayPal is onto them.

I came across this website some months ago when I really needed a place to sell my bitcoins. When I searched about LiviaCoins, I saw so many scary things and was too afraid to try them out. Sold some bitcoins yesterday and chose to receive funds via bank transfer, I have not recieved the funds yet. I do not know if its because I chose to receive money through my bank but the service was awesome.
