eGifter treats their bitcioners like the kings (or queens) they are. They go out of their way to take care of their customers - especially the legit ones. So don't be a hater.

Best Bitcoin gift card app on the market. I can overlook a slightly clunky look and feel for a selection that's comparable to, or even better than, Gyft (eGifter's new Dunkin Donuts option did it for me!). Reward points are great too, something Gyft did away with.But, the best two reasons for this rating: zero-confirmation transactions and precise buying amounts. With Gyft, I'll need to buy the gift card beforehand because it needs at least one Bitcoin confirmation (on a slow day this has had me waiting around a store for 30 minutes or more), and I'll be left with a balance for a store I may or may not ever go back to. With eGifter I can get my gift card in line at the checkout for the exact amount. It's almost like using Bitcoin directly.

Do not work with this site !!! I just lost 50$ because they provided wrong bitcoin address and do not want help with this. Terrible service.

Attempted 4 bitcoin transactions with egyfter for Home Depot gift card. The first one did not go through, but since I had used egyfter before, I tried again, the second time it went through and I got the gift card. Then it failed two more times. The response of egyfter has been very lame. Customer support sent me to Bitcoin support which told me to put it in an email. Then they said to resend the email. Now I have not heard back form them at all. My opinion - You will waste your Bitcoin with egyfter. They clearly don't care about your loss. My records show that two transactions were funded completely... maybe they just want to ignore the problem and keep the coin. Sure wish they would get back to me. WISH I READ THESE REVIEWS FIRST!

What an awful company! The experience my friend and I have received is just terrible. The person(s) who take care of customer service on Facebook and Twitter think it's appropriate to block people for their reviews/responses. Nothing was done to rectify the situation we had. I would NOT recommend this company if they were the last gifting service on the planet.

I tried to purchase a $50 gift card for a friend. The purchase went through and I got a confirmation number but the card never arrived. I tried several times to contact customer service about the card and they refused to call me back and would not give me any kind explanation except that it was "rejected" When I pressed through email for an explanation they said they would no longer talk with me. Do not trust this company.

they make you go through the process of purchasing a gift card and then when you think its finally over they cancel the order saying that it my payment couldnt be verified. They are literally useless. Gyft was the best buy they no longer carry Amazon gift cards. I'm so sad.

For me when I used my credit card it went right through. It didn't like my paypal account for some reason. I get they have to be careful becuause there's a lot of fraudsters out there. It was a really good experience for me. Just saying.

They should send me an "apology" gift card for having wasted my time!Site repeatedly cancelled my orders purchased with Paypal, stating they were "unable to verify my purchase." I made multiple calls to Paypal, who assured me the problem was not on their end. During my last call to Paypal, the agent even called eGifter to ensure that my transaction would go through. A few hours later, the order was canceled.
Customer service is a joke - no one ever answers the support phone number, and the person(s) handling their email "support' are inept. They refused to provide any further details as to why they kept canceling my orders during their "manual review process", and would only suggest that I "try an alternative payment method." When I explained that Paypal itself had already contacted them regarding my account, the support rep denied this was the case, essentially calling me/Paypal a liar.
STAY AWAY from this site; use Gyft.com instead.

I used them several times to buy different gift cards (Amazon, Spa Week, etc) and I had zero problems buying with bitcoins and the person getting the cards had zero problems redeeming them.Highly recommended

This site cancels paypal orders and keeps your bitcoin.be careful sending bitcoin to these guys.I wish people would stop posting what a great idea egifter is and start posting the experience they had.
My experience was with egifter was a complete waste of time.
