I recently purchased a $500 Apple Gift Card from Coinsbee on December 6th, but when I tried to redeem it, Apple Support confirmed that the card had already been redeemed on November 28th. I’ve provided Coinsbee with all the necessary screenshots, including confirmation from Apple Support, proving the redemption date.Instead of resolving the issue, Coinsbee has kept asking for more information and is now suggesting that the problem might be related to my IP or location, which makes no sense since the issue clearly occurred before I even bought the card.
I’ve bought multiple gift cards from Coinsbee before without any problems, but this experience has been frustrating.
