I transferred over 2000 USD to their bank, Abu Dhabi Commercial Bank, listed on their site. When after 2 month the money still was not on my account, I asked them why it was taking so long, and they only replied that they no longer were clients at that bank and that they could not help me!
However, the bank told me the account exists and the money has been received and it was listed on their website!
So I wanted to see who is behind that company and all I could find is a complicated structure of many letter box companies.

I have been trying the website services for the last month and Initially bought 100USD worth BTC but I cannot pass verification step 3 even when I have provided high quality photos of the required documentation. I wanted to try this website as the USD -> BTC seemed easy and with no complication even if the fees were relatively high, I though of it as a trade off.Not passing the verification means that my funds are locked and I can basically do anything at all. Today I wrote to customer support and ask them to refund the amount to my credit card, as already stated by some people above, I expect will be some charges. I will update soon on the outcome.

One of the main advantages is the possibility of trading fiat and not Teather, yes, the stock exchange is not very large, but transactions are made instantly + support has become much more responsive than before. I have more confidence in European exchanges with a specific representative in Europe.

Hi! I'm Elven... I have started doing trading transactions with coinsbank since October 2017 and find it good. Though fees for each single trading transaction is high (about .5% for taker and .2% for the maker) but the trading platform is very much user friendly for beginner crypto trader like me. With regards to their support team, they had entertained and responded to my queries on the day, the next day, or two days after I made my queries or ticket.If we will talk about their verification process, during my time it took a day after they have verified my account in level 1 and level 2. In the level 3, it took me two to three days to be verified because of my mistake. I have uploaded a bank SOA as proof of my residency which is more than 3 months old or behind. They are very particular with the regards to the documents for verification. But that is okay...
Trading with Coinsbank is awesome. If I only have enough BTC or funds for me trade with coinsbank... huhuhu... ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜

This is in respect to the earlier review that I wrote on Jan 22 The issue has been solved now by coinsbank.
The problem was that my funds were locked up in their account, which they released after I raised a ticket. The response to the ticket was very slow, coz of which i wrote a review here in the first place.

Hi,my deposite was much higher, 5000€ and waiting already 10 days, but my wallet is still 0€. I have opened many tickets, leaved messages, contacted support over email, but there is no answer at all not even standard messages. I filed a lawsuit against them.

Pathetic service to say the least by the Coinsbank support team!I deposited money into their wallet and bought BTC but now my funds are locked as i cannot withdraw that BTC to any crypto address! It has been 10 days since I have raised a request and even then I have got no response from them.
Please do not use their site for any transaction. I will keep you guys updated if the problem is resolved by them, else guys be ultra careful.

I wrote several time in support ticket but there was no reply. it a worst experience ever. can anybody tell me actually what happened with them ? I want my money back. can anybody help me ?

Hello Everyone,Even if Coinsbank is a scam !!! They are a really smart scammers too....finding out new ways to scam their customers. Below is another example. If needed I will provide my account details too.
--> When I first deposited money in my Coinsbank account, and did my first transaction (USD to Bitcoin), they reversed the transaction after 2-3 days without my consent or knowledge and even reverted the deposited money (back to my actual bank account, i.e. credit card). And I had to incur heavy charges by both - my actual bank & Coinsbank. Either the transaction should have been allowed to made in the first place, or else they should have made more of an effort to contact me properly. They just wanted to earn more transaction charges and steal my profits !!
--> When I asked Coinsbank about what happened, they sad they want another document now, but this message was not sent to my registered email, but was hiding in a deep corner of the account, which as a new user you will never see. Additionally, I have not yet found the tab they are referring to, where I should save this additional document. So now I got suspicious and researched about them.
--> Having decided that I don't want to continue with them, I asked them to transfer my profits (which I made over those 2-3 days....almost $700), so that I can close my account. To this, they say they will keep the profit for themselves and not refund the profits. So I asked them that would they have covered the loss, if I had made a loss? That is, not deduct from my initial deposit....to which they have not replied yet. I think we are all smart enough to see what is going on here.
--> I have also offered them to email then the additional document, but they refuse to accept.
I will urge all to not deal with them, as there are many other, better, trading companies out there who will not harass you and waste dozens of hour of your precious time.

It's been more than a week I am trying to get help on this, neither I am able to trade nor am I able to withdraw funds. This is really frustrating as my funds are completely blocked and I do not have any ETA on my request. Really appreciate if you could provide ETA on the same.

Never put your money there. Worst experience ever. Fees are incredibly high. They'll tell you that you have 1 month to register your credit cards but in fact its 7 days. All that so they can pull out some more money from you by making other deposit from your cards. I was willing to give them my info but not after what they did. The support is horrific with alot of premade messages. Oh and if you ever wanted to delete your account from there its 200 Euros !!! Pure Money Syphoning
