i have used them a few times. EVERY time I have has a problem with them! 10 tries, card calls me they have denied me due to Coinmamas scammy ays of operation. NOW they want VERIFICATION again, because my original one EXPIRED! How do you EXPIRE? STAY WAY FRPM THESE CREEPS!

Took a while to get verified (most other places are shut down for new registrations), but the site was super intuitive and I got my coins faster than any other place I used before. I even sent a question to the support team regarding my wallet (which Coinmama doesn't provide) and they responded and helped me with every question I had. Highly recommended!

It has been 2 weeks since I request for the id verification with all the sensitive personal information but have not received any confirmation or communication despite all the efforts to get an update. It seems very suspicious for such a site.

I started using coinmama yesterday to buy ETH, I managed to do a first buy of $100 successfully but after that, all my payments with my credit card were denied. The next day, I checked my bank account online to see if any amount had been debited and noticed 5 unauthorized transactions from different sources worth almost $600. It happened the same day I first used my credit card on coinmama so I don't think it's a coincidence. Looks like they stole my card details to a third party. I had to call my bank to void the card to prevent any future use.

after waiting arround 2 weeks for my account Than I bought 200 usd -btc with my credit card ,and they rejected transaction and got my money.Shame really shame.. COİNMAMA give me back my 200 usd...

Coinmama has too much fees and there is too muh stress in getting your accounts verified. I sold BTC at LiviaCoins and I got paid very fast directly in my bank account

the worst service and customer care ! if they are doing KYC for 2 weeks without any response, i dare how long it will take take them to handle real deposit issues. would not suggest using them, seems like a scammers.

I wont even give these bums a star the don't deserve one, they are full of crap I sent at least 7 e-mails and they always said we are working on it, they are a scam, and I told them so. Don't use them them I think they are hackers, and if not just plain ole stupid. This really made me angry and really made me rethink bitcoin..Fuck the guys dirty fucks

Site is slow and few of my orders are still pending even thought i bought several hours before. Im already losing money because of this idiots. Avoid at any cost. Total idiotic site, making millions but using 5$ hosting.

I read these reviews 6 months ago and I turned me away from coin mama. I came back a few days ago with the recent surge and there is still bad reviews. I honestly don't understand why. I've contacted coinmama support before, they got back to me in a few days (moderate). I decided to yell yolo and bought eth. Very nervously but I worked, I was so satisfied I turned around bought btc. I'm happy with the service.

keep away, 1 out of 10 transections goes well without of any problem. very difficult to buy bitcoin from them. U will keep getting rejected, wasting of time.

They are asking me for high resolution images of my passport to verify my account level 2, I sent them an image taken from my iphone 6 in perfect lighting conditions(I work as a photographer) but was not enough for them, I won't send them my documents in higher resolution. It has been very complicated to buy BTC with them, I would not recommend them. Fees are very high also.

Horrible! They reject purchases at their own will when the stock is low. They dictate when we are allowed to buy which is usually when the price is high which equals to higher fees for them. Got 15 attempts rejected in one single sitting.
