Out of this world. Not many people get it like Coinmama. The website is easy to use the customer support is fantastic and quick. Everyone is helpful and friendly. It is a night and day difference between having real people to message verses reading for days through a stack of unhelpful help docs on other websites. Horrible service. I unfortunately can’t use Coinbase (which everyone should use for their bitcoin purchases) as the address on my license isn’t my current billing address and since I have moved since obtaining my drivers license 4 years ago somehow I am suspected of fraud??? Well this led to me switching to Coinmama and their already highly INFLATED Bitcoin price and super high processing fees on top of that and well you are already out a couple hundred dollars if you buy over 1/5th of a bitcoin. Looking for a better option, but if anyone is thinking of using Coinmama best advice I can give is think again or just use Coinbase or Kraken if you’re more experienced in bitcoin, which I unfortunately am not.

Its not that they'll steal your money outright, they'll delay your transaction with some excuse until the market goes I'm their favor and against you. It's either one of the two or both following excuses: 1-We need to manually process your order, this happens from time to time. Stay tuned to to your email. 2- We can't verify where your payment location came from (despite processing and accepting your funds). Please re-upload verification documents. Even though I've already been FUCKING VERIFIED TWICE. Stay away from these scanners. They're playing the time game to get a bigger cut.

Thought i got scammed, seen poor reviews on google and was pretty concerned after i bought the coin. But you pulled through amd the coin is in my wallet. Seems all those bad reviews are fake
