I was allowed to withdraw my wallet, but still extremely disappointed, nonetheless, being a reasonably intelligent man, they don't deserve any business, scum of the earth, as soon as they arrive in my area, they might as well eat my children too, they're soo smooth!

At first I was happy that I received my bitcoins quite fast, and transacted with it to buy a product online. However, when I checked back to my wallet the next day, the website showed that my account was on the process of being CLOSED DOWN. I wrote them an e-mail for the reason of the closure and they NEVER REPLIED. I also had some LEFTOVER CASH DEPOSIT that was NEVER PAID BACK. I was only able to transfer what was left of my bitcoins. I was RIPPED OF $50 from my USD CASH DEPOSIT.
WATCH OUT! For new BTC users, I'll give you a few alternatives:
For Wallets
1. Multibit.org
2. Blockhain.info/wallet
3. Bitcoin Core
For Exchanges, I have yet to find a reliable company. I currently use a Bitcoin ATM that directly converts cash into BTC for a slightly higher fee (depending on the exchange you go to, which differs for each company and each country).

They want you to link 2 cards and order below 200$ worth of bitcoin to have an instant receiving of the bitcoins. They don't make it clear. Made it sounds like they just needed to link bank and card to have instant release. In the market of BTC it is always fluctuating so not receiving the BTC instantly is stupid! Instead of receiving them instantly you have to wait 3-5 days! In 3-5 days the market is going to change so you may lose some money or may get lucky and gain some.
