Last 2 days a small money, which I received on my CoinBase account, were under "Pending" and to-day this money disappeared without any notice from their team. Now they inform me: "we are not currently able to provide email support for residents of your country". So, they are able to use my money, but do not want send me the answer regarding my question:" where are my money?"

In the end I bought 1.9 BTC back and sent it to LocalBitcoins. So an hour and $75 down. Wont be using again. To be fair they are up against a horrible banking system which seems to be doing all it can to screw with bitcoin, but there has to be a better way.

I even send them an email, and they just copy paste some text and really not helping me. I even tell them to send me any kind of link where I can upload documents but no response after that, guess they don't have working form.
Also, they say that they don't accept ID trough email that this is not safe. And i m wondering how safe are things on their website if a simple upload form is not working properly, then you can ask your self how safe is your money if a simple upload form is not working?

Given what I've been through, can I trust Coinbase with my bank info, driving license info and for holding my bitcoins? I don't think so. So I'm up on Circle instead - good UI, good support, simple process, but very limiting on the amount of bitcoins you can buy ($300/week at first). I have already used Circle to put ($300) bitcoins on to my Trezor.
Help me .... I'm just simply trying to buy a few bitcoins!!

This was the first non-p2p bitcoin marketplace I tried and could very well be the last.
As soon as I hear back from customer service (4+ days now without the ability to buy any amount of bitcoin) I'm closing my account. It's literally less hassle for me to drive to the bitcoin ATM 45 minutes from my house than to use their website from my desk.

I traded btc for eth before coinbase started selling eth. Moved eth from bit.ac to coinbase within hours of coinbase having eth wallets.
Eth is about to have a huge breakout. Major news from Asia to throughout Europe, America can't ignore it. Loading up on eth as we see it following a similar price fluctuation and progress as btc has.
Btc and eth have the banks attention. Coinbase is a fast growing company that continues to catch up. The market is huge and about to hit a tsunami of growth, growing pains are expected and riches to be made.

"we are legally obligated to implement regulatory compliance mechanisms. We regret to inform you that we are no longer able to support your Coinbase account as well as any other accounts you may have created."
when i responded explaining that they didnt answer my question of WHY they cancelled the account before i was even able to use it, i got this response:
"Unfortunately, this decision is not up for review. Please know that this is not a judgement of the legality or validity of you personally—it’s a difficult, risk-adjusted decision based on obligations as a regulated entity and to our financial institution partners."
long story short- i believe they are newly un-interested in individual, small-time users, and only want big businesses/users where they can make more money off of fees. there is no other explanation for why they would not allow me to have an account, as a FIRST TIME USER! they also cancelled my boyfriend's account without reasoning or explanation. if i could give them zero stars, or better yet NEGATIVE stars, i would.
