Lock me out from accessing my coins. I can't do anything. It happened to me since May 23rd, yet no response from Coinbase support since. I tried Twitter, FB, Reddit, emails and none of them work. It seems to me that Coinbase has abandoned its customers and run away with all the money untouched by any officials. Someone needs to sue them. My account was verified two years ago now it asks me to verify again. I tried and a message "an unknown error occurred." Very frustrating and I have lost all my trust for this downfall exchange.

CB is not serious. They cream high fees (4% in UK) and the customer support is non-existence. Registering: conveniently the site crashed so my referral code disappeared. I tried to buy crypto 100 times. Every time it asks to authorise purchase, freezes (you do not know what its doing at this stage, has it charged you?) says the coins are pending for 60 minutes, then the whole thing resets - I do not get charged nor do I get the goods. I started again, same exact thing. 100 times. Emailed about one of the issues - no reply. Surprised? Why isn't there a contact telephone number?Verified account - but still when I click to buy/sell, it asks to verify. When I click verify, it takes me to the page which shows me.... low and behold.... that my account is verified. I have to refresh numerous times before I see the buy/sell page. Once i finally get the buy/sell page - above horror repeats, asks to authorise, coins go into pending, then disappear. Also - you can see that sometimes they try to sell a few pence higher than the ask.
Seriously irritated by this company... how hard is it to outsource a decent customer service function? A joke. Nothing more. I think all exchanges are under pressure at the moment.

Coinbase is one of the worst Bitcoins online wallet that exists, and that is the reason why it has now become a dying company, with multiple failures in its system Daily, that do not let their registered users access to make or review Transactions. Added to the constant technical failures that leave Coinbase out of service, is the detail of its null technical support, since there are many publications on the web where it is mentioned that Coinbase technical support never responds to technical support tickets created by users.Personal experience:
I have received 4 quantities of different amount of Bitcoins, without problems, but when I try to send to an external Bitcoins address (not to another Bitcoins account) the message always appears that the operation can not be performed for insufficient funds, If I have sufficient funds to make the submission of Bitcoins, and this message appears when any sum less than my balance that you try to send. From the first day I encountered that failure to send Bitcoins, I opened a technical support ticket in Coinbase, but after 1 month this has not been answered, and browsing the web I found that they had already opened a topic In the forum of Coinbase, where they reported the same problem that I have, but this had not been answered by anyone of support, nor by a single moderator since 20 days before I encountered that problem, and today already past 40 or More days there is still no response in the forum and apparently have not been answered by technical support to those who reported the same problem in the thread of the forum. And when I try to write in the same topic of the forum and express why I would not use Coinbase services and I would not recommend their use to others, I stumbled upon the surprise that when I clicked on "publish" a message appeared saying that they speak Blocked my account "for security", and apparently I simply blocked the comment I try to post in the forum, because if I have apparently complete access to my main account of Coinbase, so it is possible that I had been banned in the forum not to write More unfavorable comments for your company. And it would not be the first person Coinbase vain to expose them in any way that affects them in a negative way to their image, since it is enough to search the web to find several cases of despicable behavior on the part of Coinbase, where they never respond to The tickets of technical support and that vanean and block accounts to those who criticize the company.
I recommend to avoid at all the use of the services of this company, since from the beginning before registering you can see the plague that emanates this company when noting that not offer another form of contact for technical support that support tickets, Offer e-mail address, let alone a phone number to communicate with them.
* Hypothesis:
It seems strange to me that despite the thousands of complaints about Coinbase, Bitcoin.org continues to recommend the use of Coinbase as one of the most trusted wallet. It seems that someone from within the organization of Bitcoin.org is the owner or has financial interests in Coinbase, as it is extremely irresponsible that Bitcoin.org does not moderate those recommended, and is reason enough to suspect why not.

For a newb to this space, I don't think Ive ever encountered such thieves online. This site is slow, the app constantly crashes and is unreliable, and they wont let me link my bank account to make withdrawals.

Coinbase should be named Conbase. They are thieves. Sold bitvoin out of my account still have not received my money almost a month later. All attempts to contact them go unanswered. If you're thinking of doing business with Coinbase, don't. If you're among those who have been ripped off by these crooks I suggest filing complaints with BBB and federal and California legal authorities and financial regulators. Maybe enough common paints will get the authorities to act against these low lifes.

Well I have use Coinbase on the last year, no problem with it but in my last payment I don't know why my transaction its dissapear from my dashboard, really I work hard to receive my payment and Coinbase just dissapear my money thats unfair and the support team never reply a ticket and ignoring me and other users on Twitter

I sent 3500 from my Wallet/Blockchain on the 15th, and got a confirmation email from Coinbase about the deposit. It sat "pending" for the last three days, and now it's gone. What is going on?

Stay away or risk having your money locked up with no way to withdraw it. I'd give them a zero star review if allowed. They've become a scam operation. Customer support is just a useless bot. They closed my account suddenly leaving me no means to withdraw the remainder of my funds. No warning, no explanation. Coinbase was an easy way to purchase and exchange. If you have coins in an account get them out as soon as you buy them. DO NOT connect at bank account and use a single use CC for any purchases. There have been many reports of unauthorized charges and withdrawals.
Whatever happened to this exchange recently has cost many users to lose values and any profits. Their behaviour is criminal at this point.
Withdraw and close your account before you too become a victim of this POS of a company. Store your own coins in an offline wallet.

I tried to set up an account and submitted all necessary verification materials. It says they would review in 1-3 days, but it's now been over 10 days and despite sending numerous emails to customer service, I've received exactly 0 responses. If this is the kind of customer service a NEW customer receives, imagine the customer service you'll receive when something goes awry.
I have zero confidence in Coinbase and will not deposit a dime. I recommend you seek alternatives as well.

Bought 36.26 ETH coins April 28th, my bank fully paid for the purchase May 2nd. It is going on 13 days and my coins still say pending. Absolutely no response from them. I feel like I have been a crime victim.

I want this platform to work so bad but Coinbase continually disappoints me. I have over $100K in coins and continue to buy and sell but about every third transaction I spend about 2-3 weeks fighting with support or should I say waiting for support to solve some issue. It's frustrating beyond belief!

Horrible customer service, they don't even respond to you. Posting on their support forums does no good either. Once crypto becomes more popular, people will leave them in a flash. Bankrupt in a year or so I predict.

They canceled my account recently; I had been with them since the beginning. I will say this, they're the only platform that allows instant buy via credit card for residents from all 50 US states. Their platform is easy to work with and ID verification is a breeze. Their buy/sell limits are very fair. No other service does this. However the fact that they watch where your coins/transactions go, is mind boggling. It's a trading platform and they make their fair share off the 4% cc fee. They've been upping surveillance, leading to many being blacklisted. Oh well, 2* for the time I enjoyed with them. I didn't use it as heavily as other people so I didn't need to communicate with customer service or use it for any complex transactions.

I made an account and invested some money. Now they want additional verification. I uploaded my ID and I get a message saying they cant match my face to my ID. My account is locked and the only response I've gotten from them is that they are too busy to respond. My face is my face... I can't change it to make them happy or make their technology work....
