This crypto exchange is a absolute Nightmare, I have given them every chance to make things right and it’s not going to happen , they freeze your account for days over Nonsense there is no customer service no number to call only Chat which you are dealing with AI a dead end then insisting on a live person in chat and when you finally get a live one in chat you find out that is going to be a dead end as well never have I seen such a circle jerk going on here, thank god I did not invest much money they will limit how much you can buy , you can only spend $50. On a debit in a 24hr and a $200. Limit out of your checking account, then if you want to request them to make your limits higher it takes them 30 days to review, No Wounder there ratings are soo low and uphold is no better, if your smart you will stay away from Coinbase, big Nightmare of a company , I’m in the process of get my money out !!!

Worse platform!!!! Deposit in money stuck within 1 week, now withdrawal stuck already 10 days but still in pending status.Really super disappointed, Can’t figure out how it work, stuck everywhere, fee also everywhere, like this how investors would chose to use!!!! Really disaster, the worse option for investors ever!!! reach out to re claim expert . net , who helped me got funds out and didnt have to waste time at all.

Sold digital asset $wLUNA and in less than 24 hours suspended it, trapped my funds in the company, removed my ability to withdraw/deposit/trade. It has been more than a month now and not a single response from CoinBase. We have even been subjected to insults and mockery by the CEO who even implied we are extremists for wanting our assets and/or ability to trade restored.The lack of communication and weird behavior of this organization is very, very shady and I regret creating an account.

Continue to have issues accessing my account and getting error messages. And right now I have an open order that I want to cancel and the system says it can't find it. But it shows my funds tied up with the open order, so I can't use them right now. Missing a very nice run on the crypto I was trading.

I opened a Coinbase account in order to use their Earn program and to have a secondary exchange account.I couldn't verify my account through their ID process. Going to the Earn program just takes me to a friend invite page.
Garbage experience. I closed my account already.

No one will EVER get back to you.This is by far the worse customer support I've experienced. Well, because there is none.
Look if something were to happen and you needed to get in touch with someone quickly, well, it's just not going to happen. I've been emailing for two week. Not even an email I get to say, they've gotten the email. The emails go into the Black hole. I'm sure you can imagine the feeling of NOT being able to get in touch with someone once your Account has been compromised. The robbers can take their sweet time, get lunch, order a new ledger, watch some videos on how to get you crypto, then doi it while your email sits in cyberspace and Coinbase folks watch Netflix at home.

WARNING: Do Not Trust CoinbaseThey have withdrawn access to my Money for weeks and will not answer simple support requests.
I thought it may have been a one off technical problem but after some research on a number of social media platforms and reputable news feeds it seems I'm not the only one.
Please check Coinbase on any social media platform that allows some sort of unfiltered content like Reddit before you sign up and give them your hard earned money.

Money was moved from my account , and I never got a response from Coinbase , I would be very careful with this exchange . There is no Phone service , and they don't reply to email.

Coinbase has the worst customer experience I have ever experienced in my life. You can’t get a hold of anyone to help when you have a snag. I am ready to invest in an unable to because of all of the red tape and inability to talk to anyone and get a response.

Terrible, this is a total con job. Sold some bit shares. 1) Without my permission they went ahead and Withdraw that exact amount I sold from one bank account.
2) Then deposited that amount in my second bank account
3) Therefore Bitcoin kept my earnings from the sale
While moving my own money around.
4) They even charged me fees for moving my own money!!
Insanity would be a better term !!
Never got a straight answer, total scripted email. They do not own to their mistakes.......
Why would they? Apparently Not need to answer to anyone.

Can't give less than 1 star which is a shame. I jumped through multiple hoops giving them all the info they asked for. Honestly it was like a federal background check. Then they give me the honor of paying fees to play on their site. Then out of nowhere I can't access my linked accounts to buy crypto. I email coinbase cs. They say we have checked your account and you can no longer buy on this site and we can't tell you why. What the?? Going to Robinhood crypto with no fees and no hassles. Bet they will even tell me if there is a problem, what a novel idea. Bye CB hope you go bankrupt.

these f'ers locked me out of my account. I sent a ticket, they said all was resolved, but it wasn't. I go to log in - same garbage. I sent another ticket, they said all was resolved again, and again it was not. Now I login and it takes me to an "oops there must be a bug please report it"' page where it is an endless loop. these bast@#ds are worse than paypal. i have a lot of money they STOLE from me. F COINBASE!

BEWARE of scamthis website is legal but you could get your hard-earned money TRAPPED because they wouldn't pass your ID verification no matter how many times you've gone through it, this is to stop you from taking money out of your account today they wrote me another email to do the verification for the 5th time and it took them a MONTH to write this
