Easy to deposit!But you will not receive your money back!

HIDDEN FEES Everywhere STAY AWAY from CEX.IO To deposit £200 and then purchase £200 worth of bitcoin and then transfer this bitcoin to another exchange this is what they CHARGED ME !!!!!!!
They hide the fees and quote in bitcoin prices and don't give you the USD or GBP/ fiat amount
1. 3.5 % Comission to deposit money from Bank = £7.20.
2. 7% Commision apparently to purchase Bitcoin = but the Bitcoin amount was 10% lower than the actual price of bitcoin based on real time charts. so for £200 pounds I received £180 worth of Bitcoin
3. Commission to withdraw bitcoin and send to another wallet, to withdraw cost me me 0.001 bitcoin approx £5.5 at the time of purchase, they don't give you the USD/GBP fiat amount
in total i was charged £32.7 , a disgrace I will never use them again !!!!

I have been using it for about 3 months and so far everything was nice. Cex.io is good for a regular user who needs simple and fast trading platform. It is not overwhelmed with expert trading tools and the orders are done instantly.

I never review anything, but I will l provide my honest review of Cex.io...I sent my coins (Only coins, NO FIAT) after initial verification to Cex.io, the process was smooth and no issues... That generated a good first impression which I have to recognize...
After a few days I received an email stating that they will require more details of my coins and myself, I kindly provided all the documentation required...
A few days passed and some of my coins deposits were flagged as pending, meaning that they were received but I cannot make use of them, this pending coins that were confirmed transactions where not considered for BTG fork, so this is when I started to have issues... After sending multiple tickets I kept getting the standard answer from their representatives, no timing or concrete replies were sent to me, now I have multiple BTC in pending state without being able to either sell or withdraw to another exchange...
I understand the volume of the request is high, but they shouldn't be accepting coins if they are not willing to let the users use them...
If this issue gets fairly resolved I would definitely recommend their services since the exchange is quite simple to use and the whole platform is very good, but frozen funds and no support from Cex.io leaves a lot to be desired...
I will update this review when I get a decent answer from their team, I really want to be fair, but at the moment I cannot recommend them since I don't want other people going through this much problem....

How this Scam works is that they make sure none of their withdraw options work, sending them money is fine.So as soon as you sell them bitcoins, or buy bitcoins, you are paying them 20% commission, they lie about how much commission you actually pay. but since you cannot withdraw currency from them, they never actually need to have any funds on hand, they just charge you 20-40% commission to connect users. They force you to pay commission twice by either making you spend all your funds on bitcoin, or forcing you to buy the bitcoins back you just sold while losing %40.
You can never withdraw money from them.
Report this to whatever government agency deals with fraud.

Easy and fast. Especially, when it comes to trading. Once you put the order the money is immediately on your account. Really love that feature.Having read lots of reviews, I wouldn’t advise to withdraw money via wire transfer - as it can take longer. Withdrawing to the bank card works much better. In my case it was about 20 minutes.

They are a scam, if you use them, you will lose your money.Typically they prevent their users from withdrawing money, and force them to buy bitcoins at really high prices.

Hello Guys,I'm currently in a terrible customer experience with cex.io.
My initial experiences with the platform were fair but lastly, I tried to withdraw USD before 16 days ago and I'm still waiting to get back my money. This shouldn't be the way of doing business.
The only thing I can say is "Don't use cex.io".
If the problem persists, I'll inform all of you who are experiencing the similar problem to get action against them to prevent more victims.
