When I sold the bitcoins, I received the correct amount of money via mail. No issues.
One year later I bought crypto, I received the email transfer in less than 30 min. I received my crypto in expected time in my wallet.
Only one suggestion, probably sending the coins faster that would be great.
besides that, I have no complains, but to thank them.

When they say, within an hour you'll get your product (Crypto-currency) it MUST be within an hour, else give a different time period and/or consistent updates regularly. This is money, you dont provide poor customer service, you must deliver as expected, ie. what is said or emailed upfront to the client is what you do!
My coworker and I engaged in selling various crypto such as crappy "Bitcoins" aka Bitcoin-Core or Bitcoin-Segwit or Bitcoin-no-name-BTC since they are stuck in the mempool forever in 2020 compared to the good old days of 2013 and 2014, and "Lighning Network" is another BTC joke that never works correctly either (just dont buy BTCs anymore its the year 2020 and it no longer transfers). Along with this, we have been selling Bitcoin-Cash aka BCH for cash at Canadian Bitcoins because the US government is clamping down on coin-mixing like BCH does, because it is being used for illicit and harmful activities. All done to buy BitcoinSV and transparent others, but then Canadian Bitcoins has our money stuck in some kind of "we need to sync our servers with the blockchain" kind of excuse, which has been going on for 4 days now. The receipt email said the BitcoinSV would be received into our CentBee wallet in one hour. If I was running the business, I would have a backup plan with another competing exchange to get my client's product into their wallet right away even if it cost me $50 to show that I'm responsible and respectable of my clients' needs. Ill give you 4 stars because the history has been good, but my buddy would certainly give zero right now for one hour = 4 days, and counting. Just saying............

for Ekritol - I'm not sure what company you are wanting to comment on but its not us, We are not a Quebec based company or do we offer a wallet service to hold peoples coins.
for Justin _ Im going to presume that you are part of a batch in January where we had our pay provider end their services with us as their bank told them they could not work with crypto currency businesses. We were left scrambling to find a way to send out payments and it took a long time to find a way to get a new one. We shut off the ability for people to sell us coins once we were told they weren't sending out our orders. All I can do is apologises to you if you were caught up in that, it was not fun for any of us.
for Anon - not sure where you think you are seeing self posted reviews about us under different names. I'f I have posted anything anywhere I believe I have always said I worked here. There might be one or two before I started when I was a client. If you think there are reviews elsewhere please call or email me as I'd like to see which of our staff might be doing that so I can address it.
for John in Ottawa - we offer other online methods to buy from us that work with TD. you could have used them, also if you are in Ottawa you could come to our office to buy using debit and your TD card would work through our debit machine.
for Colin - I' can't comment directly on yours as I don't have enough info to look up your order to say anything. Yes we are a Broker, we buy and sell directly with our clients. Our price can be lopsided depending on our inventory. If our price is high its cause we actually need people to sell to us and we are trying to discourage people from buying from us at that time.

- Bought on Feb. 05, didn't receive until Feb 20th. I bought 14 LTC when it was $168 and they only sold me 7 LTC at $336.
-The day they managed to get around to selling to me was RIGHT when it pumped and inflated in price. Then immediately dropped once I received my coins (check LTC charts midday Feb 20th to see for yourself)
- The thing is, I wouldn't have minded too much if it was sent within the promised 7-9 day processing time for bank wires. It would have been a bad luck of the draw on my part, but it took over two weeks for this process to complete. It took so long, that some of my orders didn't go through, because they expired and timed-out because of their delay. I had to phone them to manually push the transfer through.
-Which brings me to the next point: their customer service is either full of dopey potheads, or they made it seem like I was bothering them, or something. I've called them before on previous transactions, and it's the same sleepy voiced, couldn't-care-less attitude as if making a living selling crypto is too much work for them.
-I highly suggest looking elsewhere for all other Canadian crypto traders.

I never got the video chat requested.
I never got a call back for increasing limit of funding.
I lost over 50% trying to withdraw to an other wallet: Since you are only allowed to withdraw half your bitcoins in one transaction, my wallet showed zero BTC left after the first withdraw.
Scam and theft. Quebex shouldn’t be allowed to manage exchanges.
