I contacted Canadian Bitcoin, I bought bitcoins, i received the bitcoins quickly.When I sold the bitcoins, I received the correct amount of money via mail. No issues.
One year later I bought crypto, I received the email transfer in less than 30 min. I received my crypto in expected time in my wallet.
Only one suggestion, probably sending the coins faster that would be great.
besides that, I have no complains, but to thank them.

Awesome customer service, they checked into a transaction promptly after I used their bitaccess atm on Gladstone. Kudos also to the Gladstone store owners who helped out!

terrible service, they ask for too much personal information for no apparent reason, and then if you sell to them they do not wire money to your account. They claim to use some third party provider (Vopay) for actual payments, but that provider is just another scam outfit like Canadian Bitcoins. What a waste of time and money.

I like them, but sometimes Im not so sure about Canadian Bitcoins (in Ottawa Canada), and I've been using them since 2013.When they say, within an hour you'll get your product (Crypto-currency) it MUST be within an hour, else give a different time period and/or consistent updates regularly. This is money, you dont provide poor customer service, you must deliver as expected, ie. what is said or emailed upfront to the client is what you do!
My coworker and I engaged in selling various crypto such as crappy "Bitcoins" aka Bitcoin-Core or Bitcoin-Segwit or Bitcoin-no-name-BTC since they are stuck in the mempool forever in 2020 compared to the good old days of 2013 and 2014, and "Lighning Network" is another BTC joke that never works correctly either (just dont buy BTCs anymore its the year 2020 and it no longer transfers). Along with this, we have been selling Bitcoin-Cash aka BCH for cash at Canadian Bitcoins because the US government is clamping down on coin-mixing like BCH does, because it is being used for illicit and harmful activities. All done to buy BitcoinSV and transparent others, but then Canadian Bitcoins has our money stuck in some kind of "we need to sync our servers with the blockchain" kind of excuse, which has been going on for 4 days now. The receipt email said the BitcoinSV would be received into our CentBee wallet in one hour. If I was running the business, I would have a backup plan with another competing exchange to get my client's product into their wallet right away even if it cost me $50 to show that I'm responsible and respectable of my clients' needs. Ill give you 4 stars because the history has been good, but my buddy would certainly give zero right now for one hour = 4 days, and counting. Just saying............

Sent $1KcaPrice adjusted ***** AFTER **** I bought bitcoin, so would have got less than I paid up for.
Still have not received my Bitcoin, so $1000 Cad in the shitter!

If you want to save yourself a bunch of time, effort, and money go somewhere else as Canadian Bitcoins has the absolute worst customer service I have ever encountered anywhere (and that is really saying alot!). The verification process is tedious and invasive to say the least for all the personal info they demand and how they reject official bank documents of monthly statements and account verifications, saying they are not valid yet (ironically) giving no valid reasons why. Now that I'm here (because I was wondering what is up with this company) reading all the comments left by people; I'm wishing I had come here first as you can get a good idea of what kind of a company they are from all the 1 star reviews (with some bogus 5 star ones but tellingly none in the middle). Anyways I hope this helps save some of you from going through what I did!

What a scam, I've sent over 2.5 ethereum to the site and it was never updated. Phone and email support don't work. Now I'm out the amount of ether Ive sent. STAY AWAY

Several issues with this website:- Bought on Feb. 05, didn't receive until Feb 20th. I bought 14 LTC when it was $168 and they only sold me 7 LTC at $336.
-The day they managed to get around to selling to me was RIGHT when it pumped and inflated in price. Then immediately dropped once I received my coins (check LTC charts midday Feb 20th to see for yourself)
- The thing is, I wouldn't have minded too much if it was sent within the promised 7-9 day processing time for bank wires. It would have been a bad luck of the draw on my part, but it took over two weeks for this process to complete. It took so long, that some of my orders didn't go through, because they expired and timed-out because of their delay. I had to phone them to manually push the transfer through.
-Which brings me to the next point: their customer service is either full of dopey potheads, or they made it seem like I was bothering them, or something. I've called them before on previous transactions, and it's the same sleepy voiced, couldn't-care-less attitude as if making a living selling crypto is too much work for them.
-I highly suggest looking elsewhere for all other Canadian crypto traders.

I could not sign up to this website. Tried calling and they said they would call back but never did. I input some personal information and think they might use it for fraud at this point. I hope nobody else has the same issues as me and I wish everyone good luck buying crypto currencies!

After 3 weeks of waiting from the time i sold 2 LTC I finally received my money via direct deposit. Only one answered call out of countless attempts to talk with someone, absolutely no response via email and virtually no customer support. When i finally got through over the phone, the guy i spoke with told me right away when the transaction was completed and when i could expect my money. They used my phone number to find the account info but didn't say anything about it so i was quite uneasy about it. Will not use their service again and would not recommend using their services.

Service is very difficult to work with and I could not really get anywhere without calling. Seems like this is a scam as others have also had their money taken from this service. Also, I noticed that the people on the phone are reviewing themselves on google reviews which also seems kind of shady.

It was a very frustrating to try using Quebex exchange services. I never got the video chat requested.
I never got a call back for increasing limit of funding.
I lost over 50% trying to withdraw to an other wallet: Since you are only allowed to withdraw half your bitcoins in one transaction, my wallet showed zero BTC left after the first withdraw.
Scam and theft. Quebex shouldn’t be allowed to manage exchanges.

Can't get support from these guys. Waited 3 days (so far) for a confirmation to buy. I managed to speek with one guy to explain i wanted to invest... And he didn't even get back to me. Now I am just waiting for my 7 days of screening to be over to withdraw my BTCs. Look somewhere else.

Terrible customer service. Jumped through *all* the hoops, providing all my personal information, such as voided cheque (twice), credit check, telephone confirmation, etc. ONLY TO FIND OUT THAT YOU CANNOT BUY BITCOIN USING BILL PAYMENT THROUGH TDCANADA TRUST. Also VISA branded debit cards WILL NOT WORK because they have nothing to do with "INTERAC ONLINE". It would have been nice had Canadian Bitcoin said so up front! Called to complain and ask that all my personal information be deleted but the staff there has no soul. Rubbish.
