I made a withdraw from Bitstamp to Liqui on 10th of Jan 2018 and still i have not receive anything i open tickets on both of the platforms but for now only Liqui had answer me that they will check the situation. Yesterday i made anther withdraw from Bitstamp to Binance and as of today the txID of the transaction is not working?! This is ridiculous and i am not going to use Bitstamp anymore as of now the total amount on these two withdraws was 1 eth.... i am not sure how can i get my money back from them since as i see from others they dont answer tickets from a month...

They are trading with our money and not answering support tickets! I used to trade with them...not anymore.It acts just like a bank that can decide to cancel your account so you will not be able to demonstrate you had funds. I will never ever trade with them again. I am still waiting for my money after nearly a month! They are so smart that they even ask me now to complete again the KYC procedure after i asked to get my funds back to my bank account. Many people are having problems. You can search internet on google and look for reddit how did i get answers from bitstamp

Non farò mai più affari con loro. E' un mese che aspetto che i miei soldi arrivino al mio account. Nessuna risposta per giorni ai miei ticket e email. Le risposte sono vaghe e inutili. Mi chiedono ora di rifare la verifica dell'identità KYC perchè gli ho chiesto di ritornarmi i soldi che avevo inviato un mese fa e che ancora non ho sul mio account. Sono migliaia le persone che hanno lo stesso problema, altri addirittura si sono visti cancellare l'account restando senza soldi e senza prove di aver avuto dei fondi. Sono scorretti al massimo. Postate su Whatsapp e Facebook in modo che tutti sappiano quello che sta accadendo e mettete in guardia piu persone possibili. La legge non tutela facilmente queste frodi, bisogna starci alla larga. E dire che in passato non ho mai avuto problemi, ma nemmeno con mtgox finchè non si fregasse i soldi di tutti noi dichiarando bancarotta.

Waiting since december 17th. Still not verified. XRP was .60 when I initially began the process.... it has soared over 3 and now at 2.... There was money to be made. Thanks for NOTHING bitstamp. Get your act together.

It took 1 week to verify and open account. Understandable. I transfer $10k by wire. They received the funds by could not deposit them in my account. Reason? My name is different that the sender's name whci is a company name. They gave me the option to either verify the sender or send funds back. I opted for second choice. Did not hear from them back. Planning to contact the media and the authorities here in the US and Europe if I do not get.my funds back. I am also planning to contact Ripple, local company and Apple computers so they can investigate the app.

Pure incompetence. Thousands of dollars of value have been lost waiting for account verification. Coinbase took an hour. There should be a lawsuit. How can you trust them to manage an account when you can’t even verify one.

I applied for an account on 12/15/17. By my calculation, it has been more than the stated "2 weeks" time frame for new accounts. It's unfortunate the Bitstamp team cannot be more forthright and accurate. If it's closer to 4-6 weeks for verification, then just state as such or close the portal to new accounts as Binance did on 1/5/18. Smh.STATUS: PENDING THANK YOU FOR SUBMITTING YOUR REQUEST. Hi guys I have also register on Bitstamp for an account. It was on the 19th December 2017. Still in verification process and cannot trade. On the 29th December I register on swissquote.ch. On 3rd Januar account was opened and I bought my first ripples :-) Well buy/sell fee is 1%. Quite much. But I don't want to trade much. I want to hold the ripples for some time, therefore I can live with the 1%. At least I'm in the game :-)

Almost a month for me. I don’t believe they are legit. I’ve have no response to email or phone or fb or messenger. I’ve asked ripple to stop promoting what appears to be foreign company collecting our personal information . I’ve even started a Facebook group called Bitstamp scam or not and notified Apple they need to remove Bitstamp from the app store

Verification time is taking 4 weeks and is promised at 2 weeks. The XRP price has quadrupled since my initial registration date. This issue plus sporadic reviews on their reliability suggests any crytpo investor should steer clear of Bitstamp, RUSSION ROULETTE WITH YOUR INVESTMENT.

They STOLE my ETHEREUMS! I wanted to transfer them to another address and in the transaction ID it is clear that they changed the recievers adress i lost 1500€ with this company i am waiting 4 days now on my ticket No reply whatsoever! I have written proof of this transaction DO NOT USE BITSTAMP!!!

Ive had the same experience as a lot of the folks are stating here. Its been 10 days and one 'support' guy called Gasper responded stating they got my funds, but it wont show up on my account and theres NO RESPONSE. I WILL FILE A CASE WITH THE AUTHORITIES IN LUXEMBOURG like George has noted herewith. Wish me luck , and good luck to you all.
