Wanted to buy as much as 0.3 bitcoin little by little and send to my external wallet.
Bits of gold got my bank deposit but never let me transfer my bitcoin. For over 1 week they’ve been asking me questions about how I got my money that I sent from my bank I have provided all the information required now they have removed the money from their system and asking me to fill form to get my money back in bank. They have taken over 3000 shekels in tax and Bitcoin has appreciated over $5000 and all that profit gone. Please stay away from bits of gold as they are not reliable

These guys are a fucking joke How can someone file a law suit against them. Bought $18000 worth of bitcoins and they wont let me transfer my coins out nor sell to bank

An amtured company wit workers without knowledge !My advise , not to get close to this company,
Dont do my mistake.
Over 4 days until my order finished , and of course you loose all you revenue .
So disappointed , and i will not recommend to anybody , work with this company

Over 2 days from 1 order. Over 24 hours for my 2nd order. Money transfer already! But told me up to two day I can get my btc??? For digital coin??? Need two days???? I ask my refund! Until now still waiting!!!! So who ever post positive views. I don’t believe it now form bits of gold( unable post full address)This is from my own experience with them

I am deeply traumatized by my experience with them. Only after many months and taking advantage of knowing one of the owners and starting to yell, it looks like, maybe, I am going to get my money soon.It's not all their fault - the banks are creating a lot of problems in this area; but their terrible customer service - to the point of not talking to you, and then claiming they had conversations with you that didn't exist, does not help.
I hope there is a better service in Israel, but not sure there is; admittedly, it's tricky to deal with the banks and everything.

They don’t answer their phones or emails. The transaction went through but they are a total rip off. Don’t use them if you can help it but at least they aren’t a scam and went through with the transaction.
