Wouldn't use anyone else. Very quick turn around time. Never a problem. Very helpful customer service. Hope they accept money orders in the near future, it would add a needed option.

A far inferior alternative to exchanges such as localbitcoins! Long time localbitcoins user, tried bitquick for the first time and not only was it very inconvenient, leaving me less options for cash deposit than localbitcoins, it is very very slow, if reliable at all!! At the moment it has been 27 hours since I made my moneygram, and the service provides little to no access to the seller information to verify credibility. customer service seems very nonexistent, I've sent a ticket with no response, and their phone line always claims that they are "busy" and hangs up. I gave the second star in hopes that I will get my BTC at some point and not have wasted my money. I'm skeptical. "Fastest and easiest way to get bitcoin"??? I dont think so.

3 hours or less is false. What's worse is their customer service is non-existent so there is NO communication. Not good.

Over all experience i would give all five stars but i did have issues that should be fixed. The start of the buying process was easy and in a format that is easily understood. I received an email with directions that i could deposit cash into wells fargo. I could not but i could still deposit a money order. No biggie money orders are sold across the street. Lucky me. Ad that unseen charge to the transaction. Then i could not get a upload of the receipt to go thur. Kept getting bad url screen. I kept trying luckly about the 12th time it upload and i got a confermations page. Then it was more like 4 1/2 hours not 3 to receive the first confermation on the blockchain. But over all with a little unnecessary worring i recieved exactly what i ordered. Thanks i would/will use this service again.

Took WAYYYYYY longer than 3 hours, lost money on the trade due to market loss regarding the long wait time, no response to my emails & no customer service number. At least I got it tho, overall could have been better

Told me to wait a day to verify the money and had to wait for 4 days. On there site they said they would refund any transaction fees that take longer then 24 hours. Buyers Beware the company does not hold its word.

Made a small purchase. I like the system. It's quick and easy to use. Be warned, though, that although the "How To Buy" says your fee to buy will be 2%, it's actually 2% + 0.001 BTC. At current exchange rates, that 0.001 BTC "network fee" is roughly US$7.50. That's is pretty outrageous, given that actual transfer fees on the network are currently in the sub-US$1.00 range. More outrageous still is that the fee is only disclosed on the FAQ page which is not linked on the "How To Buy" page (in fact, I couldn't find the FAQ at all when I searched for it).For large purchases, the additional .001 BTC fee is probably not significant. But if you're buying a in the low hundreds of dollars worth of BTC, that additional fee may double or triple the 2% fee.

Bitquick is my favorite way to buy bitcoin. The fees are a lot less than a bitcoin ATM and the transactions are quick. After uploading the proof of deposit, I had my bitcoin transferred within 11 minutes. (My previous transaction on a Saturday did take over 2 hours, but was within the 3 hour window). This was the FASTEST transaction to date.
