I put a order in and didn't know if it went thru or not and ending up clicking the same orderbutton, and then i was told the money i deposited was put in the wrong account.
after all was said and done the support at bitquick took care of it and my bitcoin was in my wallet.
thank you Bitquick you guys are great. your easy and fast and very user friendly. you get a five thumbs up from me. Keep up the good work.

Process went very well. Only issue I had was getting the right amount of bitcoins. Once I guessed numerous times and finally got the right amount it went perfect. Great website. I'll have to figure out the amount thing for future.

I have uploaded two deposit slips two different times and they did not upload properly. I don't know if the problem is on my end or theirs. I followed all directions and clicked the upload button. But both holds were released. After a couple frustrating days the bitcoin was finally sent after communication with support. I did have to manually send them an email to get a response the second time however.Overall, all else worked just fine and I will be using them again. Will disable adblocker and anything else which may be part of the problem.

Deposited money into account no more than 30 min after hold was made. Was greeted with an email stating thaty payment had been accepted but was late. 2 hours later I was told they did not receive proof of payment and my hold would be lifted if I suitted within 24 hours. Sent multiple messages with no response
