Unfortunately I've had to give one star. For the love of God do not under any any any circumstance sign up for or use bitpanda. It is by far the worst crypto exchange/broker on the Web. As others have commented on here they'll lock your account for withdrawls of cash or fiat and come up with BS comments about anti money laundering checks. They'll then slowly bleed your desire for life by requesting numerous personal documents including bank statements, payslips and crypto transactions. A company this large would surely run money laundering software that would cross reference public wallet addresses in minutes to determine if they're suspect......clearly not. Send the message far and wide and save yourselves the stress and pain.

Steer clear made a withdrawal 5 days ago and have not received my withdrawal, customer service is terrible and all you get is a generic email, really poor service STEER CLEAR

They are definitely a scam. Never buy from them. They will block your account as soon as your money or coins are significant. They try to make a story that your account was being hacked to block your account and take your money. When you proof that this account belongs to you, they call you and say that they do not want to open the account by some other new stories. I'm sure if my friend sues them, they have to close their company. By then, please NEVER buy from them.

They are fast, convenient and reliable. Their fees are low and the interface is very user friendly.

Bad !They said they suspect I am buying for someone else, without any discussion they just shut my account down.
Stupid and unreliable.
