Shit store!!! payed with my credit card...first day ask me for DNI photo...sent it...second day ask me for selfie with my DNI and face...third day ask me for photo with credit card...sent it all photo...no answer even on facebook..4 day passes and still dont received my bitcoins or refund..when i ask for refund they say..we charge you 10 euro from intial amount because our fee transaction..bullshit..you dont sell me nothing..i dont received nothing and they want to charge me 10 euro..beacause i ask for MY MONEY BACK..bullshit support...bullshit all about BITNOVO

After some extra long verification with any document required finally i got my BTC released with smaller amount than original purchase (-25%) :( frustrating. Not so recommended if you have another better option with CC/PayPal :(
