Been using their services for 5 years, everything worked so far, but just lost the domain of one of my businesses.my last renewal failed 10 days ago, prior to that I spent 3 weeks trying to contact them to ask why they were counting a BTC rate at 30'000 while the effective rate was at 64'000, making my 30 euros renewal jump to 70 euros.
I finally ended up paying the bill, but it wasn't recorded, my domain is lost, my 70 euros as well, bitdomain still doesn't give any signs of life, except that stupid AI bot you can find on the home page that keeps on telling you to send an email in case of issue.
I contacted their support over 20 times, by email, contact form, twitter, instagram, they seem to have no activity in the past 3 years
so 100% would NOT recommend this provider !
