I've used them for about a year and they were fine until now. My recent order was accepted but the bitcoin was never sent to my wallet, I've called their number, which is just a recording, and I've sent multiple messages via their web helpdesk which haven't been replied to.
I tried to send another message this morning and an automatic message came up saying my account was suspended.
This has pretty much confirmed the worst, I never thought such a public company would pull an exit scam like this.

Extremely slow , worrying as almost 4 days have passed since making a buy request, no responses to tickets, phone number just blanks out after one ring , address is a PO Box , use someone else !!

Very slow service. Helpdesk don't respond to any requests for information. I wouldn't recommend these guys.

72 hours since I paid for my Bitcoins, 48 since lodging a helpdesk case. No response from helpdesk, no bitcoins. Appalling customer service. Don't use these guys if you want your bitcoins in any kind of hurry.
