I was told by an ex xcoins employee that xcoins is based in the Philippines. And they hired a few people in the USA to send emails now and again. Really pathetic company. This explains why they don't do nothing in chargebacks. I was even told that they can hack people's accounts and do multiple transactions with your PayPal. They are scumbags.

We have an extensive screening process to minimize any of these problems, and should any chargebacks occur, we provide substantial documentation to dispute the chargeback and prove the legitimacy of the charges.
We also have a guarantee for active lenders in case of any chargebacks or losses, this way we can be sure the lenders make a profit.

knackers323,I'm sorry to hear that you are displeased with our service. We will not take your btc deposits as you say, we only put btc on hold for the borrower when a payment is made to you. Once we verify that the payment AND borrower are legit, we then release the btc to the borrower. We have also expanded our tech support staff to handle the overwhelming amount of inquiries that we receive each day. This will ensure that we have minimal turnaround time when there's any issues.
We also have extensive screening for borrowers, to prevent as many chargebacks as possible. If there is any chargeback, we immediately close the borrower's account, and provide substantial documentation to dispute the chargeback and prove the legitimacy of the charges.

This site does not have the level of support to where would trust them with any substantial amount of Bitcoin, not more the $50.00. It seems next to impossible to get you Bitcoin out or to convert it to cash.
