I am suprised to see so many 1 star reviews. I assume they are mostly fake or idiots who are to blame for there own mistakes as i have had no problems with btc

The website is rather easy to use and you are allowed 6 of the larger market cap coins btc, ltc, eth, etc, xrp, bah, which i find rather limiting, but these guys like to play it safe. The only way to transfer money into an account is through Bpay at the moment. we are only allowed 2000.00 dollar trades a day but no limit on selling and transferring money to a nominated bank account. by default when buying crypto currencies they will put it in their wallet, they have a wallet for each currency, and they recommend putting it into your own wallet for security, but you will have to put it back into their wallets when you want to buy/sell. This company has been around for around five years and I felt they ere a safe bet and their fees are very low at .85% buy .85% sell 1.7% totalThe only other real contender is coinspot but they have only been here about a year and their sign up process is amateurish and back yard. they have you hold up a paper sign and take a mug shot and several other ridiculous hoops. too many red flags but they do offer a massive amount of coins, but still my gut feeling says they could go broke and i would not trust my money with them. fees are also astonishingly high charged 3% buy and 3% sale total 6%
These are the only two real Aussy contenders at the moment, being Australia i guess we are lucky to have any at all, so for this i am grateful.

I have been trading with BTC Markets for a month. I have not had a single problem. BPAY deposits are available the next day (if in before 5pm) and so far no problems with coin transfers.One thing to be aware of though, they use a different deposit address vs your withdrawal address. This means you will have 40 XRP (Ripple) tied up on the exchange plus another 20 in your personal wallet. That is 60 XRP tied up just like that. Surely this could be reduced by 20 XRP if they used the same account for deposits and withdrawals. Note that the 20 XRP is a Ripple network requirement and is no way BTC Markets fault. Also this number may be reduced by Ripple in the future.

I have traded with BTCMarkets and never had any problems. Deposits, transfers to other wallets and exchanges, and withdraw in 1 business day. I would say most of these negative reviews are from one customer.

I also lost money too this FRAUD operator! They took my money and refused answering to any of my emails. The people here are crooks!! If you have an existing account with them, move your fund out IMMEDIATELY. I will NEVER TRUST my money with this operator AGAIN!

Agree with other users on BTC Markets. They are terrible and steal your money with claims of no records for transactions, etc. They are horrible and dismissive with their support.STAY AWAY as this mob needs to be put out of business!!

I also have been cheated by operator! SCAM platform! I can't believe they're allowed to operate - someone from the authorities should shut them. STAY AWAY from them!!

Definitely a SCAM operator! Let me explain.After signing up on their system and on my second and bigger transaction, everything went very wrong. On 05/02/2018 I made a market purchase. It executed and my fund had been drawndown, but no record of the transaction appeared in my account. I waited a few days later and contacted them numerous times, only to be ignored by their cut and paste responses which they they avoided answering my concerns. After repetitively asking about the issue, I was told they'd suspended my account and wait till the instruction in the mail to re-activate my. Upon receiving the letter five days later and logging back in to my account, I asked for an update. They brushed off the issue and asked me to re-submit my issue with their online process. I refused to do it because I had emailed them numerous times and many other queries which they ignored (or at least the people answering the messages not seem to know anything)
As a result of this, I lost money and the fund in is my account. Not only they're aware of my concerns but deliberately ignore all my concerns. This is a SCAM operator, at least all the new users use them long enough to understand when hook people in. I have all the evidence of my deposits and transactions with them. Please AVOID this SHAM operator, for your safety and money at all cost!!!

This is a SCAM Operator! Please ignore all the fake positive reviews, at least those users hadn't been with them long enough to know all the issues that they will encounter with them. They took my money and won't replied to the fund I deposited in my account!!!

Haven’t had any problems. Have been trading occasionally for about three months. Payments in and out within two or three days. Haven’t had to contact them so can’t comment on contact issues. All this hacking of exchanges is a worry and I wouldn’t know how secure BTC is. Hopefully the bulk of their coins are in cold storage.

The trading site is good. But the prices of crypto here are lower than Coinmarket Cap site'sprices. For instance, XRP is often lower 5 -8 cents in comparison.

im thinking that maybe now after reading some of these comments,that maybe they pick and choose who to rip off,i never had a problem either,till today,,cions missinfblockchain not receiving transactions,,support (on holidays) crazy fee of 30% for a small transaction. will surely update if things turn around and it gets fixed,, until then,,,fkn spewing.. :) cheers Happy people..

Help. How do I get this processed or returned to me if BTCMarkets don't respond to emails. 15 days and the market had changed heaps. I'd Just like my bitcoin returned as irs in limbo. Btw - I was trying to send it to Binance.
