it is fine until the volume picks up and there is a major selloff and then you cannot sell your coins and you are forced to watch your assets be taken and you cannot do anything to stop the bleeding because you either can't sell your assets or you sold your assets and binance software confirms your sale but you later find out your assets were not actually sold and you have been losing money for hours without your knowledge!! when you bring this to the attention of Binance they simply tell you this is the risk you take when you use thier service and they assume no responsibility!! this is a consistant problem and not an isolated instance!! I have experienced this problem at least 5 times and was not compensated for any of them!!!! This exchange absolutely sucks, all the opportunities to make money due to selloffs or major corrections are not available to you because they all of a sudden have trading problems where you can't buy or sell your coins!!!!! if you can trade elswhere you should do so!!!!!

I have been having the same problem as everyone else. I tried signing into Binance, but it was asking for google 2FA, which I never setup. I’ve tried several times to communicate with their customer service but I’m getting the run around. I think the best thing to do at this point is report them to the SEC ( U.S Securities and Exchange Commission). The SEC has already shutdown one platform and is already looking into Binance, but if we all contact the SEC with complaints it will definitely put more pressure on Binance.

This company is a scam, I have deposit funds from BTC markets to Binance , the xrp did not arrived , binance asked me to send a video showing my face and log in details which I did but did not show my I’d details because it’s personal, have sent them trash is everything they mentioned by email that they have my funds but refuse to send it to me .How should I report this company to the authorities ? Please do not use this exchange at all. They have locked me out of my account and have been asking me obscure questions about my balance and last deposit amount. I have sent photos of my face and ID book more than 3 times and every time they reply that the picture is not clear, the light is not right, this is totally ridiculous. I feel helpless and don't know where to turn. Today while I took some new photos, the system locked me out and a message box stated that I could only submit 3 times in 24 hours. Now I have to wait until tomorrow to try again.

I've had a horrible experience thus far. Buyer Beware! For some unknown reason I have been locked out of my Binance account. My authenticator recovery key is invalid and I have no way to access or recover access without the company manually reciting the 2FA. Seems simple right! Wrong,,,
1. There is no customer service number. They only communicate via email, which is extremely delayed.
2. In order to reset the 2FA they ask for information which you can only know if you have access to the account!
3. They repeatedly ask for photo ID's and sensitive personal information which is most likely used in some illicit fashion to further rob you.
While you struggle to provide personal bonafides they continue to extract fees. My assumptions is they will release my account and reset my 2FA when I reach a zero balance.

It worked ok at first I had about 1500 TRX tokens stored there, I had a phone get destroyed along with the 2FA google app and this is where the trouble started. After this they never allowed me back into my account, they waste your time with pretend customer service/robo mail, when you lodge a ticket they'll close it if you don't respond within a few hours or they simply wont listen to you or pretend to listen and make you repeat yourself whilst pretending to care and remedy the situation, its all horseshit and smoke and mirrors to defraud you.
So, they claim they cant open my account to allow me to reset the 2FA + in order to reset the account they ask incredibly obscure questions like "whats the balance of your account", whats the last address you sent it from? I was never told to keep this information and given that it was so long ago its impossible for me to know so they just keep it locked and take my tokens. Simple scam really but after reading more on here and other sites you realise your just one of many dupes. Save your money and use another exchange Binance are a criminals through and through. Ive learnt my lesson and am making the point of letting every forum know the truth about these slimy little scammers. Go elsewhere do not use Binance. Peace

Binance froze my account and After I sent all requested documents and all requested data, they stated my account would be unfrozen in 24 hours. I wasn't then I got a request from them asking how I liked their service. I stated they never did anything they said they would do. I then got a message from them saying I never sent them the Id as requested (which I sent twice) and that I cancelled on them 3 times. I did not. They have my coins and will NOT let me in my account.

It's an endless loop designed to make the victim feel at fault. It's a perfect scam aimed at who Binance sees are stupid, gullible, foreigners.
