Binance won't let me withdraw my bitcoins and I just figured out that this is a scam website running based on Malta jurisdiction.

Avoid like a thieves or crooks. They'll give you to put your money in and even some bit of it out to earn your trust. Every bit of info you submit to them: your phone number, ID, selfies and videos, they'll use it against you. Not to help you to identify or authorize you, but to state that you are not passing now your identification for whatever reason. Should you change your phone number, email or 2FA - they are all set and you're locked by their support. They will ask again and again all details of your account, videos where you are sitting with your ID and writting your requests and will reject or ignore it and will never allow you to login or withdraw.

All the BNB in my Binance account was traded to BTC on 6/3/19 and then vanished from my account. I've been working diligently with Binance support to re-establish my identity, comb through all of my emails, analyze all the transaction data on their site, and they are refusing to budge on the 0.4519567 BTC that is gone. The trade orders are listed in my binance account on days that I was not logged in and hours after I had logged on last. If they're 2FA is working properly -- and I've been reading that there are questions about that -- someone got into my account through direct access to their system, without logging in as me.
This appears to be a system security breach -- not an account breach -- following on the heels of their mid-May breach.

Dreadful website, I have tried to transfer coins held on the board but apparently, there has been fradulant activity on my account and I need to re-verify myself. Upon trying to do so I just get an error message claiming the image files are not of good enough quality. The images are very high quality, utter shite. Avoid with all costs.

Won't allow me to log in. Their system generates no explanation. There's no security issue. They have no customer service to resolve the issue. They're simply stealing my crypto. There's no legal remedy eitherm Pure theft.BEWARE.

My ETH wallet was cashed out into USD Tether without my knowwledge. after watching the bull run I checked and found out that both my ETH and LTC had been transfered and I had missed out on the profits. been several days i cannot access any of my wallets. I watched BTC peak at 159,000 and wanted to cash out there. cannot trade or withdraw... Total stress and and a loss of more than $3000 so far not to mention wasted time logging on and checking if I can access my wallets every hours or so.. avoid... Use Coinbase they gave me great service when I was worried a transaction had take way too long..

I have not been able to access my account. I changed Iphones and now the authenticator doesn't work on Binance. I have submitted identification photos, taken live photos, answered account specific questions, and now I can't pass facial recognition even though it is the same me! How am I supposed to trust using this system if I cant access my account even though I have all the required documents?? I have submitted help tickets to the email system and it says my application failed due to time being expired??? What is that?? Can anyone get a live person to talk to and get this fixed?

It’s been over a week since depositing my gbp to binance jersey and still it doesn’t show in my balance. Previously it took less than 1 day. Emails are ignored and there is no contact number. I will not use them again ever!

My first and only withdrawal at Binance (of 1 BTC) was refused. Email received:"Reason:Security Risk."I have Google Authenticator, confirmed it by email, so everything should be OK, but..."security risk".
I have logged back and on withdrawal page I got message:" Your withdrawal function has now been disabled. Please proceed to complete your identity verification."
On verification page I have find out that I couldn't verify even if I wanted to because my country is "restricted". Not sure why, because my country is not under any sanctions, but OK it's their right to refuse to provide services to whoever they want, but I couldn't know this because on signup page they ask for email only.
And I didn't wanted verification. From what I have found before I signed up, verification is necessary for higher limits. I didn't needed that. I don't higher limits and KYC go against one of the biggest foundational philosophies of the Bitcoin which is anonymity. So I thought 2 BTC is enough.
But, right now even 1 BTC limit would work for me. Allow me to withdraw my money (REFUND ME) and close my account.
And they allow deposits. My deposits are still working, just withdrawals are disabled. (LOL?)
If anyone from Binance is here, I don't want to post my account details here. You can find them in ticket 1209417.
Please, simply process my withdrawal which you refused and close my account.
In meantime, I received email from them in which they not only asking me for ID and selfie with ID, but:
"3. A video in which you need to appear in it and hold the handwritten note and ID card, driver license passport, and repeat this exact phrase clearly: "today is date/month/year, unlock withdrawal for my Binance account"
AND
" In addition to that, please answer the following questions:
(1) When did you register your account?
(2) In which IP address did you register your account? "
They are not asking me to dance with Happy by Pharrell Williams in background...yet.

i deposit my savings with hope to trade there. big mistake!!! since first day and trades i clearly saw how they want me to lost all my money ''legaly''. i stop trading with orders and start scalping, but not with all my money, because is dangerous. Then theyr bot system start kicking me out from my account and when i login, i have been kicking out again and again. in result, big financial loses for me. i send them e-mail, asking how that is possible. i tell them i will start recorder on video all my trades and everithing, because i don't trust them. Next day i buy ETH and Cardano for all my BTC... After i buy, my account was ''locked'', i can't login to my account any more. And ETH start droping his price like hell. Every day ETH and Cardano losing price with 10-15% percents and i don't have access to my account to react????? LOL. I did not send them to the cyber crimes, because i know they can't keep me out from my account forever.
When i finaly log in to my account , ETH price was 2 times down and i ''legaly'' lost 500-700$ .
Then i witdraw all my crypto from Binance, only the dust remain. i saw i have 11 000 satoshis dust and i can't witdraw them. That mean Binance keeping dust from costumers for millions dollars . Think about that!

They are asking me to withdraw all of my funds, as they don't want to serve my country anymore, but I can't withdraw all of my funds as there are minimum limits for withdrawal. Also, they are taking high commissions for all withdrawal they have forced me to make.

This exchange is run by highly intelligent monkeys.......Humans created this exchange and assigned trained monkeys to maintain the system. The exchange is filled with bugs, as there is no order confirmation signal, and the screen does not AUTOMATICALLY refresh when you place or cancel an order so you can easily forget or not realise what is happening. There has been times when a order was placed when i was not even finished putting the correct price. You can guess what happens when you contact their support, either a monkey or now i think they just have a automated computer that deals with you. First contact they will respond by sending you to FAQ, second response they ask for more information, third response is we assume your problem is fixed now.
